Thatched holiday home in the dunes on Ameland 400 meters from the beach! For max 6 people. The property is located in the dune area between the villages of Nes and Buren and offers plenty of privacy. Regarding the vacation rental: linens can be rented separately. If you indicate this, they can be booked through us for 14 per person, and the property manager will prepare them for you. The boats fill up quickly, especially in high season, so book yours in good time. Please note – during high season, we only rent out on a weekly basis!

A stay in the Skip Lodge gives you the feeling of living among the meadows. The many windows make the inside and outside one whole, and a lot of energy comes into the lodge with its charming living room with a decorative fireplace. The lodge is equipped with every comfort, with underfloor heating, a sauna, a whirlpool bath and a large TV. Skip Lodge has 3 bedrooms, 1 of which has an extra shower. On the grounds of this traditional Dutch farmhouse, there is a large playground and a former cowshed; a true paradise for children.

Bungalow ‘Duingoud’ is a detached and fully furnished holiday home for 6 people on the beautiful island of Ameland. Located on the edge of the forest, it stands on a spacious lot and has its own parking space. The vacation home has its own Wi-Fi with good coverage. The bungalow is located in Roosdunen Park and is within walking distance of the beautiful village of Ballum, the beach, the sea, and the dunes. During the summer months, admission to the ‘De Schalken’ outdoor swimming pool is free. The home is pet free.

Apartment Aloha is located on the outskirts of the village of Buren overlooking the meadows, the dunes and the Wadden Sea. The Wadden Sea is 5 minutes by bike, the beach and the North Sea 10 minutes. The cozy 4-person vacation home is located in the front house of our farmhouse. The building is built in traditional Ameland farmhouse style and spacious. Also well suited for children, the shared garden has a playground. Booking via Airbnb is possible up to 3 months in advance.

Guesthouse Vreedebest Dokkum

The peace and quiet of Friesland and the coziness of the Elfstedenstad Dokkum are 5 minutes away by bike. You will find that in this renovated cottage. The guesthouse is located on the grounds of an authentic Frisian kop-hals-romp farm, is detached and has its own terrace. This provides a lot of peace and privacy. The farm is out of business. Over the years, a beautiful bio-diverse (picking) garden has been created. Guests are welcome to pick a flower, fruit or fresh herbs.

We have retained much of its original charm and equipped it with many amenities. The house is lovingly decorated. Your vacation begins immediately upon your arrival as you cross the beautifully landscaped front garden. The stairs to the upper rooms are very steep, typically Dutch.
