Open floor plan ground level historic barn turned into an airbnb. Cabin style with modern comforts. Fast wifi, Iowa State 10 mins away, Iowa rural but close to ames. Sleep in a trailer, sleep in a boat! Super chill atmosphere on 3 acres with porch to enjoy. Hotel accommodations like air conditioning, heat, clean sheets, towels and coffee/tea but camping style. The barn is self check-in (late arrival friendly) and check out. If needing only 1 night Sun-Thur just ask for offer. Gay Friendly!

Our place is a 10 minute drive to I-35/Ames. Restaurants & a park are within walking distance. This studio is a flat above a detached garage and has a lovely, rustic charm and is separate from the main house. The living room has a pull-out couch, increasing guest size from 4 up to 6. The space includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, smart TV, Wi-Fi, dining area and an outdoor grill. This is not handicap accessible as it requires going up one flight of stairs. Quiet & peaceful neighborhood!

My home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Ankeny with a 16 min. drive to downtown Des Moines and Wells Fargo Arena. The high trestle trail is about 8 blocks away with a nice park 1 block away. The highlight of my home is the newly remodeled bedrooms and bathroom. There are queen beds in each of the bedrooms. My place is about two blocks from High trestle bike trail access. Centrally located between Ames and Des Moines . Our place has one or two private rooms on the upper level,good for couples.Entire upper level is yours to use along with small kitchen ,full bath - (a small nook for kids or 1 adult)We also have garage space for bikes! Just let me know in advance so I can give you a key! We share parking in the drive and also have on the street parking.
