Marianna was super helpful and accurate in her directions. The house, located in the middle of nature, is beautiful and very bright and with all the comforts, congratulations on your attention to detail. The garden is fenced, well-kept and quiet... it was just what we were looking for!! All enriched by breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise very welcome.

Nice escape in rural Tuscany, cozy apartment on the edge of town. Walkable from the train station; groceries and a few restaurants are also easily accessible by foot. If you are looking for hiking then be sure to look into the Via del Volto Santo which passes through town and can take you through the hills to several towns in both directions.

We stayed in the farmhouse to spend a New Year's Eve with friends (two couples) between good food, relaxation and fun. The house is really a gem, we will definitely be back in spring/summer to try the hot tub and enjoy the outdoor spaces that are really nice! The house is equipped with everything, the kitchen has everything you need - we cooked our New Year's Eve dinner! Roberta was very welcoming, she explained everything to us as soon as we arrived and recommended several places to see/things to eat typical of the area. Let's say that if you are looking for peace, tranquility, hospitality, nature and serenity, it is the right place. By the way, just 30 minutes from the sea, we escaped to end the year in beauty! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 🥰

it was an absolute pleasure to stay here... there are so many wonderful kindnesses and generosity provided by the hosts. The view from the terrace is spectacular and the accommodation was just perfect! I can highly recommend! Grazie mille!
