Vacation home for rent daily or weekly. Vacation accommodation in a renovated log house. The house is located on the same property as the landlord's residential building. The house is 74 sqm on two floors with a small hall, kitchen, bathroom and TV room on the lower floor. Open sleeping loft with two single beds 90x200 and small bedroom with two single beds 90x200. Steep stair to upper floor. Smoking or pets are not allowed. During the coldest season, we would prefer to have your request 48 hours before arrival so we have time to raise the temperature in the cabin.

Here, there are both proximity to many of Hälsingland's attractions and attractions. But also proximity to lake and forest. You can hike along the Hälsingeleden trail, which crosses the municipal boundary; it’s an 800-metre walk to one of Hälsingland’s most beautiful swimming spots; it’s 250 metres to fishing in Galvån; or it’s 4 kilometres to cross-country ski trails in Acktjärbo.

Welcome to our cozy cottage right by the water with sauna, fireplace and private jetty. Here you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, magical lake views and fishing right outside the door. In winter, you can swim in the ice water from the jetty, and if the weather permits, ski tracks are run up on the lake. The surroundings consist of berry and mushroom forests with beautiful walking trails. In summer, you can take a trip on the rowing boat or enjoy the evening sun on the terrace. The cottage is only 15 minutes from Falun and 45 minutes from Romme Alpin.

Lillstugan near Kungsberget Högbo and outdoor life

Relax with family or friends in this peaceful place 40 km north of Gävle and 4 km from Kungsberget. The accommodation shares a plot with the host family and was newly renovated in the spring of 2023. The kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom with bathtub. The living room has a sofa bed and TV. The bedroom has a 140 cm bed. Cleaning is not included, but can be pre-booked for SEK 700. Bed linens and towels at a cost of SEK 150/set. Upon request, there is also a wood-fired hot tub that can be pre-booked for SEK 1,200. Close to outdoor activities.

Three bedrooms, open plan between kitchen and fully tiled bathroom with shower, washing machine and water toilet for a comfortable stay. Two balconies with double seating areas, both with ceilings and with lake views. (New patio July 2023) There are several ski trails, ice skating lakes nearby if weather permits. Kungsberget and Högbo ski resorts, only 35 minutes away (34 km) 12 km to central Ockebo with shops, restaurants, café and beautiful Wij gardens.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Nearby there are cycling and hiking trails, cross country skiing, swimming, paddle courses etc. And just 28 km down hill skiing in Kungsberget.

Walking distance to the lake for swimming and fishing. 1 km to Gästrikeleden with nice hiking and many miles of bike trails. In winter, 5 km ice rink on the lake within a few minutes' walking distance.
