Furuviksparken with animals & amusement park is 40 minutes by car. Kungsberget & Högbo ski area is only 35 minutes away (34 km), 12 km to Ockebo C with shops, restaurants, café and beautiful Wij gardens.

Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

On the property, the host couple lives in a house and there is a large garden that provides privacy. The accommodation includes toilet, shower, sauna, charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is a double bed in a separate bedroom and sofa bed with two beds in the living room. Cleaning is not included in the price and must be done before check-out.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Close to nature but still not far from the community. The cottage is located on the outskirts of a village where the forest begins, and a stream flows beside the cottage. It is 4 km to the nearest store and 10 km into the town of Sandviken. Nice berries and mushroom places nearby. There is a small forest lake a 30-minute walk from the cabin.
