What more do you need in life than a place like this and a host like Maria? We had a fantastic time in her very authentic Italian former farmer house, with nothing less than amazing views on the valley below. With her advice on go-sees in the area we could choose whatever experience we wanted. Maria went out of her way and made several reservation for us. Very helpful and very warm host!

Very well-kept location,with super friendly and helpful owner, very well-kept and well laid out rooms,maybe the only positive note is the shower that did not come down well from the mixer ...but not very relevant! Thank you for everything

We loved our stay! The view is beautiful and the apartment itself is really well set out. A great walkable location to lots of lovely places. We stayed with 3 young children and had a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed our time in Coccore. Its such a beautiful house and the view is stunning. Great place to stay when exploring Marche and Umbria. We stayed 1 month. All worked very well and we can suggest the house for everyone. Sandra was very helpful and helped us a lot along the stay. We were 4 adults and 2 babies and the size of the house was perfect for us. There was also one bed more so fifth adult would fit comfortably. Only minus for us was that we could not take the babies to amazing upstairs library room since the gaps between the railings were too big that babies would have been in risk of falling through. That was something we suspected before the trip so it was not anything to upset for us. Great holiday, thank you Claudia and Sandra!

We stayed in the farmhouse in 18 adults and 4 children for two nights. The stay was completely perfect! Host is super friendly and available. The place is wonderful. It's great for large groups. It has everything you need, clean and is very well organized. Very kid friendly. We had a great time. We'll be back!

Nice and large accommodation perfect for a relaxing trip in Italy with amazing views, good nearby restaurants and very fun activities in the house. The host is ready for things to happen in their own way and may be perceived as slightly controlling. Recommend!

We had such a beautiful, inspiring and nourishing week for body and soul in your lovingly designed paradisiacal Casa Pilar 😍 Of course we enjoyed the pool, even at 19 degrees it was an experience to enjoy the 13 meter swimming pool. Stefan was more diligent than me - but I also made it twice 🙏 The house has so much charm and radiates just as much warmth as Lisa & Christian. Thank you for the delicious welcome vegetables 🙏 The house is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. We will be back again. There is still a lot to discover by gravel bike or on foot. Dreaming of calm, rest and tranquility? this is a perfect place. the house is big, clean, fresh and very nice. everything is there to cook or even play with family, especially in the outdoor kitchen. we loved our stay and recommend this place. a big thank you to Anja and celestial for their welcome, kindness, and kindness.

A great stay at Villa Gelsi. Serene countryside and a brilliant space to disconnect and rest. Perfect for families happy near a pool and wanting to get away from it all!

Elegant and spacious house that offers all you need to relax. Huge garden! Shopping facilities - especially smaller ones - a little bit far off, best to do big shoppings once in a while. Since it got really hot during our stay the air condition in the sleeping roms was extremely helpful. Massimo was always right at hand with lots of recommendations - thank you!

Villa is beautiful and looks better than in the photos. The view of the surrounding area is breathtaking, it is a very quiet area. We relaxed a lot by the pool, the kitchen is fully equipped. Thank you Andy for all recommendations and good communication :) Definitely, it is worth to stay here 👍

We had a wonderful time in this great house. Everything is there that is needed for a nice, cosy stay. The house is very clean and you feel very comfortable. The view and the peace and quiet you can enjoy here are sensational. Michela is a great host, and if you have any questions, they are answered very quickly. Only the road to the house is a bit adventurous, it shakes you up quite a bit. But hey, you can put up with that for a great holiday in this FANTASTIC house. thank you for everything.

Such a pretty place! Pool is huge! Kitchen is well equipped Airco upstairs works good Beds are really nice and comfy! Communication with the company that manages the property is fast, professional and nice. Had an amazing stay

The villa is equipped with all the comforts, from mosquito nets, to microwave, and the spaces are spacious and very livable even for large groups. The garden is a great resource, and the outdoor shower with hot water really nice surprise. The location is great, with a short private passage to reach the sea.

Really pleasant stay in this super-equipped villa with a breathtaking panoramic terrace. The house was very clean and we missed nothing. We appreciated the hilly and ventilated location compared to the rest of the country even though this led to the difficulty in mobility to the beaches. Nothing to say, so much to pay. Only small mole: the management of showers in 8 people was not easy as the boiler does not produce hot water fast enough to meet everyone's needs for which we had to organize with shifts. Otherwise everything is perfect. Piero was also kind and helpful.
