I had a great stay at this apartment! The room was very clean and well-equipped with everything I needed, including essentials like an iron and a hairdryer. I also really appreciate the hosts, Melissa & Sherwin, for being super responsive, humble, and informative when introducing the room. Their hospitality made my stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Stayed just one night there but everything went very smoothly. Check in was so easy as it was a self check- in, the place was spacious and very pretty, love every corner of it. Host was very proactive as they made a chat group to send all the instructions on how to check in & reminder of the check out time. The house is inside a residential area so theres no loud noise from the road (tho there’s a mosque close by I suppose which we could hear very clearly in the fajr time and they went on pretty long until about 7AM on Sunday — which was not a bother at all for us but something to note for others)

Anggy was the best host ever, always helpful and responsive 😊 Apartment is beautiful, spacious and bright. Wi-fi is stable and fast. 2 AC units are sufficient. Equipped with air purifier. 3rd floor. Only complaint is electric installation: when you turn on 2 hot plates at once, fuse goes out. You can find a lot of useful services like laundry, cafes and grocery shop in the basement/garage. There is also a gym, but swimming pool was still unavailable in Feb 2025. Areas inside condominium are posh and well maintained, in sharp contrast to the poor and dirty neighborhood. If you are sensitive to noise, there is a railroad nearby and you can hear loud wind howl in the apartment. Also people burn rubbish in the streets 🙄 You can walk to Paskal shopping mall in 20 mins without crossing any busy streets which is a huge advantage.
