Vacation rentals with a patio in Anyang-si

The room is very tidy and the convenience store downstairs is quite good, but the sound of the tracks in the traffic is not a problem for my sleep.

Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

I was worried when I went in because the building was old, but it was really, really clean inside, and it was the best air bnb I've stayed so far. The place is really clean. The bedding was comfortable, it was clean, and I slept well. The heating is also hot and good. I really felt like I knew why the reviews were good. Still, the only downside is that the building is old, so I'm a little scared when I go in. Still, there's a convenience store on the first floor, and there's an elevator, and once you enter the accommodation, it's a very cozy accommodation with the same detailed photos, so I was completely satisfied!! If I have to stay at the accommodation again next time, I will come here!!! I had a good stay. Thank you ~

I had an amazing stay at 혜수’s place! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean, peaceful, and with a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. I specifically chose this spot for its cleanliness and the relaxing ocean view, and it did not disappoint. All the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The location was ideal: very central and close to a range of restaurants and cafes, which made it easy and fun to explore the area solo. Plus, it was close to the airport, which was a huge bonus since I had an early flight out of Incheon. 혜수 was a fantastic host, friendly, responsive, and always available to help. Even the staff at the convenience store downstairs were warm and helpful, adding to the welcoming vibe. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing getaway. Namin and Jake are great hosts, kind and welcoming. Communication is easy, everything is very well organized and the instructions are very clear. The stay guide is very convenient. The accommodation is impeccable, with all the necessities and small touches (water, soap, snacks, coffee...). And rooftop is a real plus! The accommodation is a little out of the way from the tourist areas but easily accessible thanks to the nearby metro. The neighborhood is quiet and there are small streets nearby with great restaurants. We will keep a very good memory of our stay. Thank you very much!

Three of us stayed (2 adult, 1 child) at the airbnb. It was nice and cosy at a quiet neighborhood. Check-in: Easy to follow the check-in instructions. Arrived at the place around 11pm. Accessibility: For families with a lot of luggages, this location is not easily accessible by large taxi (7/9 seater) due to the very narrow road. Our taxi driver cars’ (arrival & deeparture) were damaged as it tried to force into the narrow road. There is a nearby larger road which is 1.5mins walking distance from airbnb if you still insist on large taxis. Families with few luggages & using saloon car taxis shouldn’t have trouble accessing the road. Location: Walkable distance to itaewon station (10-15mins walk) and nearby convenience store available (5mins walk) Cleanliness: The airbnb was clean when we arrived. Communication with host: host is responsive and friendly. He is also helpful when we reported the airbnb wifi have issues on 1st day. He gave instructions on how to trouble.

We had a pleasant stay. The location was good. 3min from the bus stop. The host was very responsive. On the way to the property we got lost and she helped us to navigate. We also got lots of recommendations on local restaurants , attractions.

Loved the location and the house itself. So extremely close to Chungmuro station and there were plenty of convenience shops around for midnight shopping if required. Host was extremely gracious and kind. We had an issue with a choked toilet and he immediately fixed it for us. The house is next to a cafe and the coffee was heavenly. The heater in the mattress made us sleep like babies till the morning. There’s a flight of stairs to go up to the 2nd level, won’t recommend it for elderly and those with leg problems. I would definitely book this place again if i ever visit Korea in the near future.

I was able to have a good time with the kids for 2 nights and 3 days.

Excellent house in the Hongdae area of Seoul. The area is vibrant and full of life and activity; yet, Riley and JK's house is located in a quiet, peaceful area. The house is within 13-15 minute walking distance to the Hongdae University Station (subway) exit 1. There is no shortage of restaurants and shopping nearby. Riley and JK have a beautiful house and we could not have asked for better hosts. Our plans changed slightly less than a week before our arrival, and they were very understanding and accommodating to our needs. The house is clean and has everything one needs. They left very detailed instructions on how to dispose of the trash (trash disposal is different and detailed in Southern Korea). Anytime I had a question, Riley and JK were quick to respond. Our family had an excellent time in Seoul and having a great house with a great location played a big role in that. You can't miss by choosing this house for your stay in Seoul.

Accommodation as advertised. Spacious accommodation perfect for 2 families. Washer and dryer available. The terrace is a plus to chill out. Nearby bus and metro. Very responsive and attentive host. Perfect for your first stay in Seoul! Thank you so much.

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.

The house is very nice, fully equipped with all the amenities, just as comfortable as at home.The space is very spacious, the kids can run and play, not far away is a big supermarket, there are many convenience stores, transportation is just a few steps from the door, and then the subway can go anywhere.The landlord is very friendly and helped me print the information. I was very happy to stay in this house. You will not be disappointed.
