The Garden House

The Garden house is a cozy and modern farmhouse that offers relaxation, privacy, outdoor lounging, beautiful sunsets and an out of town feeling without being too far from town! This house has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath/shower with plenty of vanity space, living room with TV/satellite, WIFI and kitchen that is open concept, new and working appliances, laundry room, half bath, wet bar area, front and back porches and an outdoor swing! The property is gated!

The DawsonHouse

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a country home with a spacious yard. It has nearby country roads to ride bikes, walk, or run. The driveway is a good place to practice pickleball (a net, paddles, and balls are available.) A pond is on the property for catch and release. The home is an easy 20 minute drive from Nacogdoches. If you want to bring a pet, contact the owner. There will be a pet fee. This is a nonsmoking property.

Cozy Retreat Just Outside of Nacogdoches

A nice modular home fully furnished, sleeps 3-4 comfortably just a few miles from historic downtown Nacogdoches. Come sit on the back porch and enjoy the outdoors. Stroll down the road to the pasture across road to see Zena the Zebra, Expo the Henni (mini horses/donkey) Blaze, and Little Man the horses. If hit they will retreat to shed in back of pasture. Excuse the weird noise you might hear it will be the guineas or geese being yard protectors.

Rolling Hills Entire Guesthouse Breakfast included

Quiet country setting on five acres but only four miles from town. Plenty of privacy but the hosts live on property just a call or text away. The dining room table easily seats 8 for meals, playing cards/games we have available. The guesthouse has a fully equipped kitchen or use the gas grill and you can eat outside on the private patio surrounded by tall pines and watch/listen to nature. We also have a fire pit to enjoy a warm evening outdoors.

It features cozy bedding, heated bathroom floors, a full sized kitchen, and a living room area. Our property is gated and has a private dock with water access. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a fishing trip, this property is for you. The Lake Naconiche Park & boat ramp is about a half mile away…best spot on the lake!
