Un charme authentique, pour un lieu très paisible donnant sur le Jardin Public, un emplacement parfait. Un intérieur décoré avec soin, très agréable. Le tout avec un bel accueil et des instructions très claires.

Nos sentimos como en casa. Aparcamiento gratuito exterior y a 3 minutos del tranvía que te lleva la centro de la ciudad . El anfitrión siempre atento y respondiendo rápidamente a todas nuestras cuestiones. Muchas gracias!!!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce logement idéalement situé à Arcachon. L’appartement était non seulement propre et agréable, mais offrait également tout le confort nécessaire pour profiter de notre semaine. Très bonne litterie, le parking souterain est un vrai plus.

Je recommande vivement ! Un bon plan pour l'appartement – emplacement pratique, un arrêt de bus à seulement 1 minute, la plage à 5 minutes, et le centre-ville à 5 minutes également. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, même pour préparer des plats complexes. Les pièces sont spacieuses, et 4 personnes peuvent y séjourner confortablement sans se gêner. Il y a une terrasse avec une table et des chaises. Il y a une pièce séparée pour faire sécher le linge, et une petite machine à laver est disponible. L'hôtesse est très attentionnée et accueillante. Merci, nous avons passé des vacances 5 étoiles !

We recently concluded a 2-month stay in this penthouse apartment and had a generally positive experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the spacious and inviting terrace, which offered a fantastic outdoor space to relax and enjoy the views. Additionally, the availability of private parking and the apartment’s excellent location added much convenience to our visit. However, we did encounter a few issues upon arrival. The house was not completely clean, and we found that the bathtub was broken, which made it impossible for us to take a bath. Additionally, the absence of a curtain in the bathroom meant that water would end up everywhere during showers. These were minor inconveniences in an otherwise fantastic stay. Despite these drawbacks, we greatly enjoyed our time here.

Great little apartment, very central, tram stop right outside and lots of lovely bars and restaurants close by. Laurent is a great host. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Très bel appartement cosy et fonctionnel. La terrasse est un ++ pour profiter pleinement du séjour. De plus, idéalement placé pour accéder à pied à la plage et centre ville. La propriété est calme et verdoyante avec entrée sécurisée. Et enfin, notre hôte Alexandra est agréable et disponible si besoin. Expérience du lieu à revivre avec un Grand plaisir !!
