Condo vacation rentals in Arese

With a week to spend on Lake Como, I wanted somewhere quiet and with personality. Nothing quite measured up until I found Teddy's place. It's on the top two floors with a lot of space and - the clincher - fantastic views of the lake from the sitting room, where I spent a lot of time. There is also a lot of privacy, despite being surrounded by other buildings. I really liked the location in Malgrate, which is walking distance from Lecco. There are several nice shops and restaurants on the road below the property, a good supermarket about 15 minutes walk away and a waterfront promenade that makes a nice running route. Teddie was a friendly and responsive host and was kind enough to drive me and my big bag to and from the station. Would recommend.

From the very start Verena made our stay perfect. She drove out of her way with her adorable dog to collect us from the train station and take us to our beautiful accommodation. It was so comfortable and perfectly situated within walking distance of everything. And the perfect weather made our stay the highlight of our trip!

Great stay in Argegno ! The apartment is very convenient, directly in the village center, close to bus and boat station as well as cafes and restaurants. Good bedding and the parking spot is convenient to avoid paying public parking. I will come back :)

We had a nice stay in the heart of the nice Navigli neighborhood. Everything was available for a comfortable accommodation. The sofa bed was also fine. Do bring earplugs to sleep well, the sound of people going out and passing trams is quite loud.

Our hosts got back to us very quickly when we had questions. Davide greeted us at the sidewalk and was friendly and gracious. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. The entire apartment felt like being at home. Train station was only a 10-minute walk. Milano and Torino were a short train ride away. Novara is much easier to navigate than Milano and Torino and has everything you need, including great stores. I messed up my reservation and thought we had another night and they let us stay for a small fee. This was the best Airbnb and VRBO experience we’ve had!

We had a good time. Very cozy apartment with a beautiful outdoor area... We'll definitely be back...

So much thought & care in this accommodation. Your host is generous with her time greeting you and settling you in. Outstanding views over the Lake. Spacious well appointed ammenities. Very secure. Parking immediately below in small public car park. Easy 5 min run to shops & town. You will spend hours on the main balcony listening to distant church bells. Truly a Super Host. An instant favourite.

The place was exactly like the pictures, the host is very friendly and the place is very clean and big. I recommend 100 %.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. The apartment is large, cozy, well appointed and very quiet. Its a classic apartment. The location is perfect for getting around Milan. There were plenty of places to eat and there is a great market around the corner. I absolutely recommend it! It would work well as a long term stay too.

Everything is super quick and easy. Very friendly and very quickly accessible. We'd love to come back!

Old building but renovated apartment. Not very big but for two people it's perfect. Everything is well cared for, fragrant blankets, impeccable cleanliness. Shampoo, body soap, etc. were also provided in the shower (apart from the train nearby but at night we did not hear it). We had a very, very good time and if we ever come back to those parts, we will definitely come back to book. Ivana was super cute. Everything was super 🙂💪🏻

We enjoyed Edoardo's apartment for a long weekend. It is ideally located in the Navigli neighborhood, a very lively neighborhood with bars and restaurants. There is actually a little noise in the evening but, as a city dweller, we didn't mind it. Earplugs are available by Edoardo just in case. Paid parking (€5 per hour and €40 per day)and very "safe" parking allows you to park your vehicle near the apartment (3 minutes walk). The city center is accessible on foot or by tram which is very nice. Edoardo's apartment is very comfortable, it matches the photos well and a small elevator makes it easy to access the fourth floor with luggage. Edoardo is a very pleasant and available host. I would definitely recommend her apartment for your stay in Milan.

Very nice apartment very well furnished, great quiet location and surrounded by cozy greenery and warm like being at home if we were to return to these areas I would definitely choose a second time highly recommended!

The place is spacious with clean. the location is great just couple of minutes walk to the city center and also close to the park where we can walk our dog. Francesca is really helpful. she have all the tips and recommendations which are all useful. we highly recommend the place!!!

Great view and the pool (which we could no longer use in October because of the weather) are a dream. Paola is a dream host and always available and had many tips right from the start. Unfortunately, shopping is not possible in the village, which means you either have to buy something in smaller stores (if you can find a parking space) or you have to go back to Como. Otherwise, you can also start a few hikes directly from the apartment. Restaurants are available in the village or in nearby villages as long as you can find a parking space - which unfortunately was an issue even in October (also due to construction sites)

We stayed at this home for 4 nights. It was as shown in the pictures and very quiet. Contact with Irene was smooth from the beginning and she clearly described the way to the farm. The place doesn't have that much to offer, but is a good base for looking at another place. The accommodation is on an olive farm and Irene also sells the specially produced olive oil there. We couldn't use the pool due to the weather, but the view of the lake from the balcony is unbeatable. We absolutely recommend the place and would certainly come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrin's place. You don't actually need more than this view from the balcony, but also the rest of the apartment is nice and well decorated. See you soon, hopefully!

Marisa and Antonello are charming and caring hosts. Communication with them was very easy and above all they were very responsive when we had an issue with our rental car. Thank you again, thank you very much. The apartment deserves its 5 stars without any problem. Very clean and nothing is missing. Quiet residence and smooth street parking. The location is in a great location to visit Milan and the lake area. We'll come back if we have a chance.

Davide and Benedicta were amazing hosts and their place is fabulous! Highly recommend if staying in the Lake Como area. They were so kind when I wasn’t feeling well in assisting me with finding a pharmacy and even making a call for me. They also helped when I had questions about the ferries. True gems of hosts and a lovely cozy place to stay.

The flat benefits from the great View! The interior is nice, but overall cleaningness could be better (flooring, spider webs, kitchen). I would come again and hope the points will be taken up.
