Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time using the code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A baby bed (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

The apartment has a large living/sleeping room with fitted kitchen, bed, closet, dining table with 4 seats as well as a sofa bed with a comfortable topper and TV system. The apartment is an in-law and not suitable for wheelchairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom with shower,toilet, washbasin, washing machine, hair dryer and a window. Pets are welcome.

From here you can start a hiking tour in the Allgäu Alps or explore the Allgäu by bike. You can cool off on warm summer days at the nearby Badsee Beuren. In the apartment is a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV with satellite connection and a modern bathroom with a floor-level shower.

You will stay in the attic of our newly built farmhouse. The whole house is a vacation farm with 3 residential units. The apartment is modernly furnished with individual accents from the past. A small balcony with magnificent views of the Allgäu Alps completes our “favorite place.” There is a sauna in the house. It can be used and invites you to relax on cold autumn and winter days.

The cozy apartment is suitable for vacationers or business travelers. The city of Ravensburg with its many towers is only 10 minutes away by car or bus. The bus stop is a three-minute walk away. The cute old town apartment is centrally located in Isny im Allgäu. Public parking (additional charge) is nearby (ex: the city wall). The nearest supermarket is within walking distance and also bakeries, clothing shops, bars and a cinema are very close. Various hiking trails, bike paths and cross-country trails start in the village and are well-signposted.
