The house is spectacular. It has everything you see in the photos and more. It's even nicer, and very comfortable.

It is not necessary to use the car during the stay to access the purchase of provisions. The house is very tastefully decorated, it has a gallery with grill and a very well-kept garden. The house exceeded our expectations. It is very comfortable, spacious and pleasant, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the space. Everything was well maintained, and the attention to detail was noticeable. The location is excellent, and the host was very kind throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place and come back in the future.

28 beautiful days we spent with my partner and daughter in Sigi's house. The neighborhood is really calm. Easily accessible. Very close to main entrances (Panamericana). Very friendly security people. The house is as seen in the photos. All splendor. As she has small children and I went with my little daughter they left us hundreds of toys. I didn't need to take her anything. He played all the time and was happy. The pool is a spectacle. Gigante. The park is very large and with games for boys as it says in the description (trampoline, slide, hammock and wooden house). My happy baby. The rooms are very comfortable and everything is very clean. I was offered to go the sinkhole, the gardener and a person to clean once a week. Excellent. They always available by wa for whatever we need. Very quiet the neighbors, I didn't hear them. The kitchen is very complete, comfortable to cook. I would definitely come back and recommend it.

We left it for the last minute, so there weren't a lot of options available when we booked. The house is a good 15 minutes drive from the city centre, but it has the advantage of been in a very peaceful and quiet area. There is a shop just around the corner, which is very handy. Attention drivers: Gualaguaychu has a very stringent drink-driving policy, breathalysing in various points of the town at once. The limit is 0.5 but be very careful, the fines are ASTRONOMICAL

The place is just as shown in the pictures. Beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and bright. The location is very convenient since it's close to public trasport and walking distance to many restaurants, bookstores, bars, cafes, parks and museums. I am from Argentina, my husband from The Netherlands and we come visit often. Now that we've found Eugenia's place we are definitely considering making it our regular airbnb choice. Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay here. A very spacious and clean apartment. Close walk to bus station and train excursion. A little further to the main area but still easy to walk to. Provided with lots of information of recommendations. Accommodating of an earlier check in. Felt safe. Nice and warm inside the apartment, hot showers. Good to have use of oven and washing machine available.

The apartment is very comfortable for 2 people. Everything was super clean and tidy. The location for what we went for was super. What if the price was a little high for what it is but since it was the recital of the lice, everything was in that value. We highly recommend it and would come back.

Gastón is very attentive to everything. Quick response. The beautiful place, very comfortable...in a Parisian style building. It has air conditioning and the beds 10/10 for a good rest after touring the city. It has a spacious bathroom and everything works well. Restaurant, theater, cafe, supermarket, pharmacy, locomotion and many of the main attractions nearby. We would come back for sure.

The apartment is great and the location is perfect. It is close to all the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, but it is still quiet and peaceful at night. This is the second time we have stayed there and we could see that Sebastian really makes renovations over time to offer more comfort and a good experience to guests. We really liked it and felt at home, as always.

The distance is beautiful, comfortable, modern and has a movie view. Lupe was always attentive to everything we asked of her. The area is quiet, there is a bakery in front and it's close to downtown. We'll definitely be back!

From our arrival to our departure, she was impeccable with Luz. The description of the apartment is just like the photos. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need, the shower is fantastic, the bed is very comfortable. It has the plus of having a dishwasher in the building and parking. We recommend it and will certainly return.

Ines also always responded very quickly to any questions The depto is ideal for a couple's end. Beautiful, with excellent views and everything you need for a perfect stay. In front of the beach, and in a very nice area.

My stay (10 days) in Virginia and Marcos was just amazing. From the first moment, I felt at home. They prepared a welcome kit that made me feel like I was coming to a boutique hotel - all spotless, with thoughtful details in the kitchen, bathroom, and a very warm presentation. The apartment is located in an excellent area of Cordoba, surrounded by cafes, ice cream shops, young and student atmosphere. It's a penthouse with two beautiful balconies, ideal for enjoying the air and the view. Although it was too big for one person, I really enjoyed it. The internet worked perfect, which was key to my work. The only thing I would have appreciated is to have a plug closer to the main table for the charger, but it's a minor detail. Marcos was always very attentive, available for any questions or details I needed.

Valeria is very kind, responsive. Very clear and precise directions. Highly recommended. A single environment great for couples. Chacarita is an ideal area to be located when it comes to work. One block away is the subte. Crossing the avenue are the additional bus stops an immense and beautiful park. Nearby places for market shopping. I call myself powerfully the attention of the bathroom. As it should be. Building reception staff a plus.

About the beach which is great in case you forget anything. The area is very nice, there is a stand in front that plays music at night, we didn't bother us. Silvana's attention is excellent and the apartment is very comfortable and complete. Super recommended.
