Cristina was very welcoming, available and friendly. I recommend it without a problem! The accommodation is clean and spacious, with all the necessary equipment, in a very cute area of the city.

Beautiful comfortable and authentic house, beautifully renovated, where it is cool even in high heat. The view of the rooms is splendid. Géraldine is very welcoming. Stresa is a 10-minute walk away, a little more on the way back because the slope is steep but it's a pleasure to be able to do everything without a car. We had an excellent week and we will be back for sure!

We've been there for an Easter holiday with our parents, and it was amazing. Paul & Silvia are wonderful, communicative and friendly hosts, their place was great and we have had unforgettable time - beautiful places around Locarno in the first part of the day, and chilling out with picturesque views in the afternoons. Because of multitude of things to see in the area, I recommend visiting by car if only to have freedom of where to go. Also, the town of Agarone has nice walkable paths that we've discovered only too late (these do not show up on Google Maps). All in all, we were very happy with our holiday and would strongly recommend Paul & Silvia as hosts.

Very pleasant and clean apartment in a small village 10min from Stresa. You have to be aware that the church bells ring at 7am, but that doesn't bother us. Pleasant local restaurant 100m away. And we were always able to park in the village square, 100m away too. We also enjoyed the garden. Giulia is very responsive when asked a question. Recommended for anyone who wants to visit the lake major region with their car being more quiet than in town. And no worries about parking.

We had a lovely stay despite the rain. The house is functional and well-equipped. The fireplace embellished and warmed our evenings. Our daughters enjoyed the mini pool table.

Four of us had plenty of room and privacy if wanted. Very clean and well maintained. All the amenities were available as described and Holvan and Goulia were very nice and responsive to questions. The metro and bus lines were nearby and easy. Would stay there again.

We truly cannot say enough great things about our stay with Laura. From start to finish, she was the absolute epitome of hospitality. Even months before our trip, she thoughtfully provided a detailed guide with the best local spots to visit, restaurant recommendations, and transportation tips — whether we planned to rent a car or take the train. When we arrived, the apartment was spotless — truly immaculate — and Laura welcomed us with a thoughtful check-in gift, making us feel immediately at home. Throughout our stay, she checked in periodically just to make sure we had everything we needed and even thoughtfully provided umbrellas when it started to rain. Every detail, from start to finish, was handled with such care and warmth. The location was also perfect — convenient to everything we wanted to experience in Milan. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base.

A great place to stay, with extremely friendly hosts. Accommodation as on the pictures, very clean, everything available, well equipped. A 15-minute walk in Ascona on the promenade. Quiet residential area, delicious restaurants, good starting point for excursions in the surrounding area. Highly recommended accommodation with or without children.

Sara's place is a real terrace on the lake! Inside a small private residence, the apartment is a jewel. Very well kept, with a very high attention to detail. The view is breathtaking and the terrace is equipped with everything you need, as well as the house. Sara also made us find fresh fruit, water, and everything we needed for a small breakfast. It was like getting home! Congratulations also on the furniture choices that make everything elegant and welcoming. Great!

Great apartment for a weekend in Ascona. There were four of us (two couples friends) and the two bathrooms were very convenient. The location is sensational, in the middle of the old town, and also that there is a parking space is great. Communication with Alex was very good, he always responded quickly, gives tips for the area and is flexible with check-in/ check-out. Highly recommend!

Great place with plenty of space. It had everything we needed. The only downside was the lack of free parking, as all the spots are paid. Otherwise, Richard was an amazing host—super nice, helpful, and responsive!

Davide is an exceptional host! He offered us the unit early (even though we couldn't get there early, it was a nice gesture) and the fireplace was on when we arrived. The apartment has everything one would need. We cooked all our meals there and it was completely fine. Short walk into town means you're closeby all the amenities of the small town. Great place to enjoy Lake Como!

What a superb spacious apartment, fitted to a very good standard , the welcome drinks and bread were most appreciated The view from the terrace was amazing and the location was perfect, 5 to 10 minute walk to the supermarket,restaurant,shops and the ferry crossings. Verbania itself was lovely, quieter than Stessa but still had a good vibe. Isola Bella and Superiore were our favourite islands with restaurants bars and shops, whereas on Isola Madri you had to pay for the entrance to the palace and gardens and there was nothing else to do if you didn’t. The Saturday market which you could see from the apartment, was worth going to. Fiorella was an outstanding host and looked after all our needs. Would love to visit again.

Spacious apartment with a beautiful top floor terrace with a beautiful view of the church and the city. The lively Navigli neighborhood is close by. The center is easily accessible by tram or walk (30 minutes). The bells were not inconvenient for us, it's part of the charm of the apartment 😊

We had lovely days at the property. The view of the lake is fantastic. Everything exactly as described. The property is very clean and fully equipped. Communication was great. Only the lake access directly across the street is not really suitable for swimming. Lots of stones. We would come back.

Great vacation at Alessio's, we were delighted with the hospitality, communication, availability and kindness of Alessio... the apartment is great, quiet and well located between Como and Belaggio, bus stop nearby, pier not far but you have to go down and up the 300 steps of stairs 😊 In summary: great vacation at Lake Como.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was all as described. The three of us (2 adults and one toddler) we had great space in the apartment. The balcony is a bit dangerous for young children as they can climb up and fall on one side. You should never leave children unattended on the balcony! The view is great and we were also already able to use the pool (end of April). Communication with Valentina was excellent. She always responded quickly and was very helpful! They even organized a high chair for us! The only thing we would complain about is the parking. With a slightly wider car, it is tedious to park in the steep slope within the parking fields, so that other vehicles can easily pass by and you can still get in and out. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this idyllic Airbnb in the mountains near Lake Lugano. The small Italian village exudes tranquility, perfect for switching off and relaxing. The surrounding nature with its mountains is breathtaking, and there are numerous opportunities for hikes and walks. The Airbnb itself is immaculately clean and cozy – a perfect place to get away from it all. If you are looking for peace, nature and Italian village idyll, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back!

Ideal location if you plan to use the train and metro. The space is small but well equipped with what you need for a short stay. I'd stay again in the future.
