When we think about our grandpa's houses (Casa dos Avós), we immediately think of this cosy and warm places full of good memories. This is exactly what we aimed to do and we would be more than happy to welcome you to our "Casa dos avós" and show what the greenish, inviting and picturesque town of Figueiros and its surroundings have to offer. Be sure to bring your walking shoes and explore the rural countryside around the town, the nearby medieval village of Óbidos and the beach of Baleal.
“Great place to stay if y⁶⅚ýtou are looking for a break from the busy city life. We loved the place my little girls didn't wang to come home. Didn't meet Diogo personally but he was nevertheless easy to reach, very easy to deal with and very ubderstanding. Ms Gina The neighbour that welcomed us was very welcoming made us feel at easy seen that we were travelling with babies. She explain wverything to the little detail to ensure that our stay was as confortable as possible. As an OCD sufferer I was amazed with the cleanliness of the place even the toilet. Thank you for the lovely and cozy house , Would much recommend it. I am returning next year”
The best of both worlds. This lovely self contained guest house is less than 15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Silver Coast (Foz do Arelho, Sao Martinho, Salir do Porto) and 20 mins from the surf challenges of Nazare and Peniche / Baleal. Yet is a tranquil rural retreat set among the trees. Quiet, peaceful and secluded.
“If you are looking for a place to get totally away from the urban/city buzz. Book this place. It’s lovely so much green around. Cozy house, big and comfy bed. Enjoy a beautiful breakfast outside. The pool is the best. Even though Crissy and David live next door, the guest house it’s very private and you won’t even notice. They’re very nice and kind. Thank you again for your hospitality!”
