Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Arvert

Bruno is a super host - always happy to help and have us some great tips for the local area. His place is right on the beach and if you’re up early enough you can see the sun rise too. It’s cool inside and nice to have some shade in the garden under the beautiful fig tree. There are restaurants within walking distance and the market at Bain Les Brée is a little further away but well worth the visit. Thanks for having us we really enjoyed it

We communicated easily with Anne-Marie before our arrival. The accommodation is at the foot of the beach, it's really convenient. We found all the necessary amenities for our baby. The city center is within walking distance and a small fairground is at the end of the beach.

We had a great time at Christmas in this house, as a group of 8 adults and 3 children. The spacious and comfortable living room was perfect for our meals and friendly moments. The very well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the large table and living room with its central fireplace created a warm atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, with quality bedding, and the insulation between the living spaces and the sleeping area allowed everyone to rest. The two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with shower, are ideal for older adults or people with limited mobility. A huge thank you for the special touches like the decorated tree, wreaths and festive tablecloth, which really created a beautiful Christmas atmosphere. The enclosed courtyard allows you to park several vehicles, and the immediate proximity to the beach for walking is a real plus. We highly recommend this house, where we felt right at home!

We had a lovely stay at this place. The house is nice and is very well located with the beach within walking distance in 10min. My daughter was delighted with the children's area with the tipi upstairs. Fanny is a responsive and accommodating host. I recommend.

Very nice house, cool in these heatwave times, with spacious rooms, close to the beach very nice too and restaurants, in an area with many activities.

As advertised, the staircase is "steep"😉. You have to hold on tight to go down. The accommodation is very clean, very well-equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, traditional oven, Nespresso coffee machine), and has large volumes, which is an asset for a vacation, where everyone needs space in a family of 2 parents and 2 young children. Shops are nearby, the supermarket is accessible by car in 10 minutes. Privately, we gave our host some suggestions for improvement, but it's very personal, everyone has their own lifestyle. Thank you for a great family vacation. We recommend it.

We had a great time at this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches, shops and city center within 15 minutes' walk, so we didn't use our vehicle during our stay. The rental was IMPECCABLE, very comfortable bedding, the interior whose decoration was very cozy and pleasantly decorated, was also impeccable and well-equipped, we did not lack anything. We had a great time in this apartment, very well equipped, very functional , extremely well located and quite as advertised. Arrival and departure very easy , in short to recommend without any hesitation!

The house is beautiful as well as the view from the garden and located in a lovely village with an excellent butcher, baker and a market once a week. Aurelie and Franck are very welcoming. They surprised us with a bottle of the local white whine that was delicious and were very accommodating. We had a great time in Breuillet which is a 15 min drive from the nearest beaches. Strongly recommend!

Our stay at Mickaël's went very well. The house is very well located, in a quiet cul-de-sac and 5 minutes' walk to the beach! The house has many amenities. A dream house, everything is simple and convenient. An ideal location for cycling and walking around the island of Oleron. We'll be happy to go back. Special dedication to Floriane who always met our needs with a big smile.

Perfect stay in a lovely house and a very nice area that we did not know. We explored Soulac-sur-Mer more than the Verdon but the surroundings are very pleasant The house is perfect for family holidays

We had a great time at Laurence's. The house is light, everyone can isolate themselves if they wish. The wooded terrain is very pleasant, quietly located, the children enjoyed the swing and the space. We will be back with pleasure during a visit to the island.
