DESCRIPTION: small garden (deckchair + table + barbecue) this accommodation includes a main room with equipped kitchen (mini oven, microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker,) a sofa bed with each are mattresses (80/190), TV with a DVD player. bathroom (shower cubicle, sink + toilet) My place is good for couples, solo travelers or bikers!!!!!

Rent by the week or night (2 nights minimum except July and August week only), small 40 m² house independent of our main house, for 2 people, ideally located between Royan and Oléron Island. Linens provided and bed made on arrival, cleaning to be carried out by you on departure (deposit check for cleaning requested on arrival). Possibility of free bike loan (with security deposit check).
