You have the entire house, garden and pool area at your disposal. The 1st floor apartment is newly renovated with the pool and grill area just outside. Welcome to our wonderful villa of 300 sqm by the sea! The house is located in Stenvik in idyllic Åsa at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and 50 meters to a shallow sandy beach or swimming at the jetty. The house has a large fantastic garden with pool with associated newly built pool house of 30 sqm. In Åsa, there is a home bakery, ICA store, restaurants, ice cream café and cozy shops and is only 30 minutes by train or car to Gothenburg.
