A covered parking space is included and the bus stop for excursions is right in front of the house. On the balcony there is a large gas grill as well as a table with chairs and a hanging chair to relax. It is about 10 minutes on foot to Piazza Grande. The apartment also includes separate deck chairs for the pool. Only guests over 27 years old are allowed
