Great price, thoughtful accommodation, everything you need. Very comfortable bed with topper, functional kitchen. Really nice and in a very strategic location.

Together with other friends, we have decided to organise a workation in Turin. Sergio's beautiful flat was the right choice for a more extended stay: spacious, cosy, homie, clean - it had all we needed to enjoy our visit. The area known as "Liberty" is absolutely fantastic and can be called an open-air museum. Decorative facade elements and artistic experiments of the architecture you are surrounded by and live in are stunning. The flat is well-connected by public transport, but walking is highly recommended to contemplate the city's beauty.

We have enjoyed our stay at Paola's place, she was very nice and welcoming. The appartement is quiet and not so far from city center, in a nice neighborhood !

Super tidy apartment, easy to access and with the great plus of having a covered garage in a beautiful context a few steps from the apartment. Accurate directions and absolutely quick responses from Barbara, even at “uncomfortable” times considering my last minute reservation. She was also very kind and flexible regarding my early check-in request. If you return to Turin on another occasion, I will definitely contact you. Highly recommended!!

Exceptional owners. Davide, the guy who checked us in, was kind and very clear in his explanations. The owner gave us a lot of information and met our requests. The house is also very welcoming, practically new bathroom. Really nothing to say. When we return to Turin we will definitely return to this house

Great , Sergiu is very responsive to our questions. Nice location, street parking with restaurants nearby as well Regarding the apartment it is super clean and the organization for entry and exit is perfect. The only comment I could make is the malfunction of the TV every five minutes, the network cuts off and every time you have to restart Netflix, it's painful in the long run... ( we didn't come to watch TV but we like the atmosphere of the TV in the late evening with the aperitif .) Otherwise that's fine, thank you so much for this stay

We spent wonderful days in an enchanting house full of good energy. The terrace opened the view into the distance and the music of the birds and nature was balm for the soul. The pool is a valuable enrichment on hot days. Even in April we were able to enjoy the cool water. We particularly thank Nadia ,the wonderful and warm soul of the house. You can discover and admire a lot in the area. In Asti there are very nice museums and opportunities for a culinary trip. All in all we had an unforgettable holiday.

Successful stay, quality at Anna Cristina's. Quiet accommodation a little away from the noise of the city, and still close in the accesses to the city center. I recommend it.

Kurt’s place is amazing, filled with character and unique details, we enjoyed every moment! It felt like we were living in a castle 😄 The town of Denice is very quiet and cozy. Highly recommend not to be afraid to talk to neighbors (we did it via google translate) and learn more about the town history. Take Kurt’s directions about how to get to the house, because some of the roads that google maps are suggesting can be gorgeous but very narrow. We recommend to also explore surrounding villages! The only thing to consider if you’re a light sleeper - there is a bell tower that rings during the day and night. It’s a common thing in small Italian villages, when you get used to it you rarely notice it. Kitchen is a bit small but we managed to fit and make food for 9 people. The pool is perfect, we spent most of our time there. It’s clean, big and the view from it is fantastic! Kurt was responsive, gave us great recommendations and asked if everything was okay for us during our stay ❤️

Cascina Distrutta is a really charming accommodation, well furnished and complete with everything. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, large bathrooms with recent sanitary ware, fireplaces that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the point of forgetting the TV. Marta has always responded quickly and has always been available for any need. For complete information, I leave some additional information that I had initially misunderstood for the benefit of those who will come to stay in the near future: the quadruple in the attic and a double room have the independent bathroom, the other two double rooms have the shared bathroom connected by an antechamber with communicating doors. The sauna (when I am writing this text) costs 30 euros per day and needs the opening and early ignition by the neighbor. A wood box for the fireplace always available from the neighbor costs 10 euros, the soap present in the bathrooms is only the washing machine without shampoo/shower

Wonderful home and environment. Great for relaxing and spending some time together with friends and family. The property is near Alba, Barbaresco and not far from Barolo. In just over an hour you can reach Turin. If I have the chance, I'll definitely be back. I recommend it.

Our stay went perfectly well. Elisabetta gave us great tips for visits, Sandra was incredibly kind and considerate (by booking restaurants for us for example). The garden of the house is sublime at night, enhanced by very well thought-out lighting. We highly recommend this place and the people who run it! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the perfect stay!

The stay was fantastic. We were very happy and felt super mega comfortable. The house is beautifully located and surrounded by vineyards, it was also super quiet, which we enjoyed very much. We had great weather all week and thus also sensational views of the mountains. A dream….

What an incredible property! Words, nor the pictures do it justice in my opinion. Perfectly remote; you can't see or hear any freeway or any cars, just the hills, vineyards, and nature. However, very easy to locate and approach. The town up on the hill is very quiet, but there is a very nice local restaurant that is a 30 sec walk away. So again, very remote and private property, but you have easy access to simple things you may need/want. Two bedrooms upstairs have plenty of space, beds comfortable enough. Downstairs, the kitchen has all your basic appliances, and the dining room/living room is big too. The balcony/view is fantastic and very much worth the stay. The den above the garage has a ping pong table and has plenty of potential for younger guests part of a family. But most of all, Silvia checked us in and her hospitality was so genuine. Further, Sergio stayed in the property across the driveway and checked on us. Very kind, approachable people. Excited for my next stay!

Very pleasant stay in the center of Turin. The apartment is well located, rather large with 2 bedrooms arranged on the 1st floor (with 2 bathrooms). The parking space was ideal for us (beware of large vehicles, the parking space is narrow). We'll be happy to go back!

It is a beautiful, clean and comfortable place. Isabella is a superb host who is always available to provide quick and easy communication.

What we enjoyed the most were: all the amenities and facilities needed so that you feel like home; easy access both by the public means of transport and by car; very friendly and helpful host that responded immediately to all the questions; and last but not least the atmosphere of the real Italian housing.

The apartment is a small "gem", functional and comfortable. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. The area is just a 10-minute walk from the center, and for those who do not like to walk and is very well served by public transport. There is tram 13 that leads to the center, tram 16 to Porta Palazzo market, tram 9 to Castello del Valentino/Borgo Medievale, the metro to Lingotto. Everything as described and pictured. Recommended.

Good communication with the host, fast reply and helpful, the apartment was very clean and good looking. The area is good located and near good restaurants, parking spots are plenty avaliable near the apartment, i can only recommend!

The apartment and gardens were just absolutely beautiful, with amazing views. Everything was brand new and squeaky clean. It was very spacious and comfortable with a lovely private outdoor area with sun lounges in the garden for relaxing for you wish. You will need a car but it's absolutely worth staying at this apartment. The bed was super comfy and plenty of storage space available in the room. Perfect location to explore the wine routes in the area and close to Alba for shopping, wine shops and restaurants. Margherita was so welcoming and friendly and very communicative. There is parking right at your front door with no steps to navigate into the apartment or outdoor area. There is a washing machine and drying rack which is very convenient. A nice bottle of local wine was supplied as well as fresh eggs which was a really nice touch. This is a must stay in apartment if exploring Alba/Asti/Turin area. Their dog was very friendly and super cute as well.

The apartment was perfect - modern, clean, cozy and had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable there and would gladly return. The location is great too, there is a lovely park right nearby. Giuseppe is a very nice and helpful host. Thank you! 😊
