No cleaning fee, only fees required by airbnb and GA! Quiet country setting only 9 miles from downtown Athens and UGA. Complete one bedroom, one bath apartment with full kitchen. Perfect for that game day get away, parents weekend, or business traveler wanting more space than a hotel room! One small dog and a cat live upstairs with the owners. You may see them outside but they will never come into the apartment. Full sized bed in the bedroom with a double futon in the living area.
