We will provide the first floor of a two-story two-family home. We have just renovated the house, so the bathroom, kitchen, toilet and living room are all new. It is a convenient location for those who want to use it as a base for sightseeing in Hakone or Kamakura, exploring the area, watching various sports (J league, B league, professional baseball, athletics, beach volleyball) and participating in competitions, as well as for remote work, and we recommend using it as a multipurpose space. We also provide cooking utensils for those who want to cook. There is a supermarket that sells fresh ingredients nearby, so you can also enjoy doing your own cooking. It's best to use it as if it were a villa in Hiratsuka. Although the COVID-19 pandemic is in a state of contraction, we continue to receive guidance from the health center, and at the same time, due to the impact of the war in Ukraine, we also receive guidance from the police as a counter-terrorism measure. Shinkirou is a detached house with a "wellness" theme, designed to allow guests to spend a relaxing time in nature. The house is rented exclusively, so it is suitable for families with children and groups. It can also be used for business stays. There is an exercise space on the first floor. You can train on an exercise bike and abdominal machine. We have taken measures against insects, but since we are in the mountains surrounded by nature, please forgive some insects from entering.
