Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Comfortable house accessible to people with disabilities. Separate kitchen,bathroom. Living room accommodating a double bed, a convertible BZ bed of 160. Terrace and enclosed garden with private parking. Very quiet place without vis-à-vis to recharge. Located 500m (5 min walk) from the beach of Port Dienville, and its restaurants, in the heart of the eastern forest. Nigloland at 10mn (13km). Troyes 30mn (35km) with its pedestrian streets and factory shops.

The Barse Stable

Built in an old stable, our cottage is actually a large 65 m2 studio, an outbuilding not overlooked, where you will be in the quiet of the Champagne countryside. Come and discover exceptional nature: the passage of migratory birds, the forests of the Regional Natural Park and the Orient Lakes. Swimming, fishing, forest walks, we are also 10 minutes from the Thennelières highway exit, 20 minutes from the Nigloland amusement park or 20 minutes from Troyes!

Roulotte WA offers, in addition, tea, coffee, chips (offered) and Champagne Local at extra cost. Possibility to rent a second trailer with kitchen (4 people + 2 children).
