Welcome in our vast studio on the outskirts of Troyes! Comfortably installed in a fully independent accommodation we open a part of our property to you. Chic living space with high-end materials and a landscaped garden, you can enjoy, in private access from the studio, the heated indoor swimming pool (7m x 3m), the vast terrace and the pétanque court. Accommodation on one level, offering an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a lounge area, a a sleeping area.

La Maisonette welcomes you 2 minutes from the highway, quiet in the countryside. Listing depends on our family property. The exteriors (swimming pool, children's hut, garden) are shared. I make sure to preserve everyone's privacy, but it is possible that we could meet by the poolside, always kindly.
