If we could give The Shippon 6 stars we would! Jane's accommodation stands out from the crowd. It was spotlessly clean, had everything and more than you needed and was extremely comfortable. The photos don't really do the place justice. Jane left the most generous hamper of food - cake, wine, bread, crisps together with milk, marmalade, orange juice and more. There is lovely outdoor seating overlooking beautiful gardens. It was all wonderful.

Loved our stay above the stables. Shelley was responsive and very friendly - I would definitely come back here! The space was perfect for a little weekend away and had everything we needed - a comfy bed, cookware, salt, pepper, olive oil - Shelley even left us a little jug of milk! The area was super quiet aside from the birds and horses which was rather pleasant and the location was perfectly central for us to visit Alton towers, Chester and Stafford. The nearby Nantwich has lots of options for supermarkets etc. which was very handy too! Would recommend 😊

Absolutely perfect apartment. Beautifully furnished and exceptionally equipped with all you need for a relaxing break. Very clean and bright. Every inch is aesthetically pleasing and lots of interesting magazines and books to relax with. With two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it is excellent value. There were so many thoughtful extras provided too. Plenty of high quality coffee, tea and other beverages. Fresh milk, bread, butter and fruit as well as cereals, spreads etc. Sue is a very lovely hostess and made sure we had a great stay. All set in a fabulous village location in the Cheshire countryside. 100% Recommend a stay here.

Great place, lovely village, nice & quiet. Well worth the fee paid. Would stay again no hesitation. Andy N
