You will be close to Fort Collins and Greeley (about a 20 minute drive) but just far enough from the hustle and bustle of city life. The space is currently minimally decorated but is fresh and clean. Killer location! Cozy tiny house is very clean and is located in Fort Collins' funkiest little neighborhood, Buckingham. Just a few blocks to breweries (Odell's- 0.2 mile walk, New Belgium- 0.3 mile!), and a short walk (0.6 mile) to all the restaurants and shops Old Town has to offer. Comes with 2 cruiser bikes! We don’t allow dogs due to other guests’ potential allergies with the one exception being guests who are bringing their dogs to CSU vet. Organic coffee and an assortment of teas provided

It features a master bedroom with queen bed, private bath, extra room with 2 twin bunk beds and office desk. Living room has a sofa sleeper & bar kitchenette. We are in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to trails, close to shopping areas & I-25. Host lives upstair and is available to assist & would like to make your stay confortable & enjoyable.

Apt is accessed via a spiral staircase (see photo) and is NOT suited for travelers wary of heights, those with oversized luggage, or children. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchenette, living room, bedroom, patio overlooking Long's Peak, off street parking, and two Schwinn bikes! NO CLEANING FEE. No pets or smoking.

High end finishes, in-unit laundry, fully stocked kitchenette, and a private patio make this the perfect spot to stay for a weekend or longer. Lovely 2 bedroom loft apartment located on a working farm 10 minutes from Old Town Fort Collins, Breweries, Dining, It is about 7 miles to Old Town Fort Collins and CSU. Peaceful setting with Wonderful views. The loft is a independent living space located over our garage and has it's own outside entrance by staircase to a deck off the apartment. This is a non smoking facility and no smoking of any kind is permitted in the loft or on the premises.
