Spacious and sunny 5-person apartment with private sitting area in the garden. The location is the ideal base for summer and winter vacations, at the foot of the Molltaler Glacier, and close to all outdoor facilities such as the Moll River and the Raggaschlucht. The modern apartment house contains 6 fully furnished apartments with a total of 28 beds. There is a storage room for skis with boot heating and a service room for ski maintenance. The free ski bus is a 150-meter walk away.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Our Superior Suite, measuring 39 m², features a living/dining area with a designer kitchen and a separate bedroom, allowing up to 4 people to sleep comfortably. Your suite is located in the Belle Époque building, built in 1895, in the historic city centre of Bad Gastein, just a stone's throw from the famous waterfall. As the starting point of the historic promenade named after Kaiser Wilhelm I, our in-house café/wine bar with a great sun terrace invites you to enjoy exquisite drinks.

Vacation on the Mischnigalm

Our rustic alpine hut is located at about 1800 m above sea level, in a secluded location. Live like 100 years ago, fetching water from the door and cooking and heating with the wood stove. Electricity for light and mobile phone charging is possible through a small solar system. Outside there is a solar shower and an outhouse. The hut can be reached via a 7 km long forest road. (About 45 minutes from the nearest village). An off-road car is needed.
