Great location directly on the lake. Well-equipped loft. Small but nice. straightforward and very nice. i'd love to come back!

The cottage is really small and cozy. But that's what makes it special. I was alone on vacation and it was at least big enough for that. The people of Smile were super quick when I had any questions, super helpful and friendly! Especially on hot days, the shaded garden is a dream! I'd love to come back!😁

An extraordinary place: a reed-covered 'hut‘ in the reed of Lake Neusiedl with everything you need, incl. Nespresso machine😊. Although close to the infrastructure you are completely on your own due to the reed!

The house is wonderfully quiet and was exactly what we were hoping for – if not more! Especially the direct lake access with the SUPs was a real highlight. The house itself is spacious, very clean and cozy – you immediately feel at home. Norbert was a great host: helpful, friendly and always responded quickly. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back! 😊

Me, my husband and our 2 dogs stayed at Dafinas's place for a few days and we totally loved it. It was very clean. The amenities was exactly as described, one has to only bring clothes and everything else is provided. We enjoyed swimming right in front of the house. We will definitely coming again.

We had an incredibly relaxing time, no one around, just the nature. Markus is a very kind and extremely responsive host, always been great communicating with him. Amazing place, we are coming back here for the second time already. Lovely devices in a fabulous location. There is everything you need for a good rest and life. Very convenient location, has all the amenities nearby. We were met by an extraordinary woman Marika, she is very nice, sweet and like a real hostess keeps the whole house clean and tidy and takes care of every guest. We highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back again :)

The lake hut has a unique location. Ideal for nature lovers. Kingfisher and night heron came up to the jetty. We were even able to get two tickets for the actually sold-out lake festival plays on site.

Dina and Lars are extremely helpful and friendly hosts. Their house is beautiful and hosted several guests while we stayed there, but still felt private and you hardly noticed the other guests.

Clean and nice apartment and nice check-in. The location is really great, right on the lake! Highly recommended!

Felix is rightly named Superhost! He picked us up from the train station, showed us everything in the pretty apartment (location phenomenal!) and also lent my husband his board. On the day of departure, Felix informed us about the rail replacement traffic... it couldn't be better! And the lake on the doorstep is a dream!!! Thank you!

The place is even better than pictures can show. everything is very comfy, the view from the windows is exceptionally spectacular! The Triiiple towers are very cool place to stay for a while, a supermarket just outside the building. We came with a car, so can't comment about proximity of public transport, but i guess it's also fine. Eugen is an efficient and friendly host, communication is constant and troubleshooting is superb. Definitely a place to come back!

Constanze's spacious lakeside home was a gem of a find! An idyllic location; gardens leading down to the jetty & lake ; amazing views across to mountains; excellent scenic walks to either end of the lake; train station 5 minutes walk away with regular, reliable service to Salzburg & elsewhere. We made the best use of this beautiful house & location & the wood burning stove was very much appreciated on the cooler evenings! Constanze was a great host, was there to meet & greet us & with excellent communication via phone too & we have no hesitation in recommending her lovely home.

Top apartment. Beautiful view of Lake Wörthersee. Everything extremely clean and well equipped. There are even books on things worth seeing for the area. Two garage spaces are included and you can take the elevator directly to the apartment. The garage is also new and super well maintained. You like to stand there with your car. Elisabeth is very friendly and responds quickly. We loved it and would definitely come back.

It was super nice! You can access a large meadow and direct lake access directly via the terrace. Simply delightful!

Great place, very nice cottage, fantastic view, the private access to the lake is perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much, slept great and recovered well and will be back next year. It's all there, as described. Nothing is missing. And the surroundings are wonderful, great nature, beautiful excursion possibilities, quiet hikes and the water in the lake is wonderful, visually and qualitatively. The contact with Rico was very straightforward and super nice.

We had a lovely stay at Sonja's in Gmunden despite the constant rain. The apartment is located in one of 3 larger buildings where it is very quiet. You can enter the apartment both via the partly open and bright staircase and with an elevator. Detailed self-check-in instructions come from Sonja. The reserved covered parking space right next to the entrances was also very pleasant. The apartment is very spacious with a large covered balcony. The kitchen has everything you need such as kettle, coffee capsule machine incl. capsules, pots/pans incl. cookware, a small selection of spices and a dishwasher incl. tabs. In the immediate vicinity there is a pizzeria with few seats, but a delivery service. The old town is easily accessible on foot along the lake in 10-15 minutes. There are highly recommended breakfast options in Gmunden (das Forst and La Sonett), but be sure to reserve in advance! Thank you!
