The Helm—2-Story Container Home close to Magnolia Market

This unique home started as two shipping containers–20' and 40'. We insulated and paneled the interior in pine shiplap and trimmed it out in 100+ year old barnwood. The outside is clad with cedar siding with spacing to allow the original container to still be seen. Entry is through the original container doors or a side entry with a standard door. We removed the steel panels from the doors and replaced them with picturesque full glass. The fun rooftop deck is surrounded by a custom cable railing system and lit with LED lights under the rail that gives the deck a beautiful glow at night. The deck and upstairs bedroom is accessed by an exterior spiral stairway. We live right around the corner so are available for anything you need including any questions on the house or your time in Waco. We’ll try to meet you to show you the house if possible but you can also check yourself in with the passcode we’ll send you the day of check-in. The location is a safe rural neighbourhood, just north of Waco and close to I-35. Surrounded by trees, cattle graze nearby. Guests are also welcome to use the lawn. Shop and eat in Homestead Cafe and Craft Village. only 3 minutes away by road. You can park right at the house and Uber is available.

Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. The cottage offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, while being perfectly located near downtown Waco, the Magnolia Silos and BSR Cable Park and Surf Resort. Restaurants, coffee shops and dining are all within a short, 15 min drive to Waco. The cottage is cleaned and sanitized and eager to welcome you.

Dan’s Place - 14 miles to Baylor & Magnolia

3 bedroom 2 bath, 1500 sq foot cottage close to Tradinghouse Lake. The cottage was built in the late 1940's and was totally renovated in 2017. It is isolated with only one neighbor across the street and is very peaceful. It has a small pond that has a fountain, and is stocked with Bass, Crappie, Bluegill and catfish. Fishing poles and baits are provided. Small gatherings/parties are permitted. I have had several small weddings in the past.

Kick back and relax in this peaceful cabin situated outside the city of Waco in the countryside. Sit on the porch and sip coffee while listening to birds chirp and sing. Watch the cows from your deck while you grill. This cabin comfortably sleeps four guests and is equipped with a king size bed, a loft with two twin beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is not an oven. There is a gas grill which is shared with another cabin.
