Situated on a headland in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve in a small village away from the tourist hustle and bustle, within walking distance to the water. A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank). Es gibt einen neuen Spielplatz und eine urige Fischgaststätte. Ins EG darf ein Hund.
