Situated on a headland in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve in a small village away from the tourist hustle and bustle, within walking distance to the water. Unsere Wohnung (Haus Hafenkompass) st ruhig gelegen und bietet einen guten Komfort. Die Fußböden und Bäder wurden in 2025 saniert, so dass nun alles sehr pflegeleicht ist. Die EG-Wohnung hat eine Terrasse mit einem kleinen Garten, der Kindern und ggf. einem wohlerzogenen Hund Auslauf bietet. in ca. 100 m Entfernung befindet sich ein neuer Spielplatz, auch zwei urige Fischgaststätten in der Nähe sind bei unseren Gästen sehr beliebt. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einer Außenjalousine ausgestattet.

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.
