This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. The beautiful bath style villa, built at the end of the 19th century, is rented by us to holiday guests. 15 individually designed apartments are available, this is one of them. This house is therefore very suitable for family trips and larger groups. Very individual and personally-loving furnishings, each room has a special touch. High-quality furniture, noble floor coverings, spacious and beautiful kitchens, comfortable beds - a fine place in this traditional seaside resort.

There is a flat screen, Wi-Fi and a small kitchen as well as shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, and the harbor is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station, it takes about 30 minutes to reach us. A bus stop or bike rental is nearby. The parking is right by the house. The tourist tax is 1,50 € / day / adult in the main season, otherwise 1,00 €.

Our listed house Heidelberg, built in the historic spa style, offers fully equipped kitchens for each apartment, with dishwasher, oven and microwave, some with apartment's own washing machine and dryer or laundry room. Each apartment has its own parking space right next to the house and parking spaces for bicycles.

Small duplex apartment in a vacation complex with 4 houses of 6 apartments each. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, single dishwasher, toaster, kettle and egg cooker, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker and dishes for up to 6 people. A children's travel bed and highchair are available. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement, but these are used by all residents for a fee/coin-operated. A parking place is available.
