Cozy 2-room apartment near Zurich

We rent a very nice, newly furnished and cozy 30 m² apartment with separate bedroom. In the open living room with kitchen and dining area, there is a large sofa bed. The apartment has a separate apartment entrance and is on the first floor (no steps). The free parking is right next to the apartment. The apartment is located in the middle of the village and is easy to find. Just three minutes to the bus stop, 40 minutes to Zurich. We, the host family, live on the upper floor.

In the bedroom is a 200cm king size bed and in the living area a 90cm bed, in the upper part are 2 mattresses 90cm with slatted frame. In the kitchen there is a hob with 4 heating areas and an oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and cutlery and crockery. On the loggia you can enjoy the view. Built in 1842, the attic apartment was built in 2020. You will love this romantic place to stay.

Ideally located for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing (Oberholz ski area can be reached in 20 minutes), Alzmänig amusement park, and Alpamare can be reached quickly.
