Very nice and cosy cottage with comfortable beds and all amenities you expect at home. Provided a very cake and milk on our first night. Lovely conservatory and garden to relax in when it was warm enough. Good location for the Norfolk Coast from. Wells to Sandringham. The nearest town Holt is great for shopping and eateries.

We were looking for a place to escape for NYE as we wanted somewhere in the country and quiet! Elaine’s annex was excellent, clean, and as described! Would recommend 😊

Just what we were looking for although only for a couple of days and plenty of outdoor space for our dog to roam around

Lovely place in beautiful surroundings. The house had everything we needed plus some special touches to make us feel right at home. The cottage was spotlessly clean and modern. Peta the owner is very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
