From the bedroom you have a great view of Altshausen Castle. The location is central (various shops, bakeries and restaurants within a 5-minute walk) yet quiet area. The garden can also be used. A beautiful swimming lake is within 10 minutes' walking distance.

In Bad Saulgau (7 km) and Bad Buchau (9 km) there are excellent thermal baths with the best wellness offer. There is gastronomy here on site or various possibilities in the surrounding cities (Bad Saulgau, Bad Schussenried, Aulendorf).

The apartment is in a very good location. The market square is a 3-minute walk away.

Es verfügt über eine einfache aber schöne, zeitgemäße Einrichtung. Fußläufig können alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, die Altstadt sowie der Stadtsee mit Stadtsee Aktiv-Weg erreicht werden. Die Waldsee-Therme und die Kliniken befinden sich ebenso in unmittelbarer Nähe.
