If you love Architecture and the best views of Manitou Springs, then, this is the Home to take it all in. Shaun n Laura have done an amazing job renovating their 1920’s home. Upstairs Bedroom features a balcony facing east to get your day started with a beautiful sunrise. Being able to wake up in the morning, open the doors and take in all that fresh air is bliss. Directly behind you, as you admire the creative well designed pitched ceilings, is a view of Pikes Peak. And if it couldn’t get any better, as you face North….Well, you’ll have to check it out yourself. I honestly must return to see the views in the winter. Likewise, to keep up with Shaun n Laura’s creative additions to the home. There is also a private backyard area to build a fire. Brand new appliances throughout. Quiet neighborhood. Absolutely, Marvelous!!

This home is absolutely beautiful - even more so than the photos! Breanne was friendly and responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. There were SO many thoughtful little touches to welcome us (and our pups!) and make us feel comfortable and at home. The yard is big and private which was great for our pups, and the huge master suite in addition gave everyone lots of space. the master bath area, shower, and tub were so luxurious and the perfect place to unwind. A lovely house located in a quiet community. We went for an event ten minutes. Check-in was very smooth during the daytime. Definitely will come back for future trips.

My family and I had the best stay!! Angela was super helpful throughout the whole process, from booking to check out. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and it had a magnificent view. Loved it!!

It is hard to express how wonderful Laura's place was. Both my boys live in Colorado Springs. I took their 88-year-old Nana to spend some time with them. The backyard was like a private oasis. We grilled every night, sat around the fire pit, and visited. It was an amazing trip and we will definitely stay there again.

Oh my gosh- it Was perfect for our needs. Beautifully decorated, very clean, everything you might need! Jason was wonderful too! I will plan to stay here again! Just perfect!

Hands down best AirBnb I've ever stayed at! Place feels like a luxury hotel with all the small details (towels folded nicely, great smells, clean feel, etc.). Must stay here for any Winter Park trip (~5 min drive to mountain and walking distance to restaurants). Kitchen was also fully stocked and has a grill in the balcony which was very appreciated.

Such a sweet host. He left personal touches that made my stay special. Bed was super comfy and the game room was so cute even if we didn't have time to use it. Great spot.

Had a lovely stay at Roger & Sharon’s place! Everything was as described, we had everything we needed, and felt right at home. Extremely clean and well maintained, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Thank you for a great stay!

Very responsive host. Clear instructions for entry and for check out. Cozy spot. I was there for 8 days, so it was perfect for one person for that long period of time. I could see staying there as a couple for a few nights.

Scott and Sara are great hosts and it's a very special place! We also loved their dog and kitten, they are very sweet critters

Staying with Effie and Joshua for the weekend was great! They were both friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful with a great view of the mountains. It was in a great location, easily drivable to where you want to go. The house was clean, well taken care of and in a quiet neighborhood. I felt perfectly safe in both the house and the neighborhood. Effie was quick to respond to my questions. Very much enjoyed my stay with them.

Rebekah place was great! I mean it was very small but I am 6'4 so yeah that place made me a giant lol all in all it was a great place to stay! I will definitely have to book another stay at this place in the future!

We just got back from our little weekend getaway up in this cabin. We had the absolute best time here. Truly such a special place. The cabin is beautiful, well stocked with everything you need to feel right at home with modern and cozy decor and finishings. The location is stunning. The view just does not get old! Every time you open that door to look out across the vast valley at the peaks, it's always breathtaking. The nighttime sky is a sight to behold, especially when soaking in the hot tub. Everything about this place is excellent. The hosts are so kind and they have put a lot of love into their cabins and their property, and it shows! Lots of places to pick to hike right into the Pike National Forrest all within a short drive. I recommend Pikes Peak Ranch to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Awesome location, short drive to Main Street in Fairplay and easy to get to trails/mountain adventures. Looked just like the photos, was super comfy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend in the mountains. Would definitely stay there again!

Doug’s place was so fun to stay at! Super close to downtown Breckenridge, only 10 minute drive to ski resort, beautiful cabin and just far enough from town where you get to enjoy the wilderness. The kitchen has everything you need for home cooked meals, including the seasonings! There was a coffee beans in the freezer, a grinder and coffee maker. We loved this place so much, excited to come back in the future!

Fantastic, well appointed cabin. Kitchen stole the show for its functionality and aesthetic in a tight space. Gas fireplace made our evenings cozy. Walk right from the property to waterfall trailhead. We LOVED it!!!

Really enjoyed staying at this cabin for the weekend. Felt private, spacious for a couple and our dog. We went during a small snow storm and the cabin was initially pretty cold, so be prepared for weather. After some time it heated up and stayed perfectly heated! Make sure to have fire wood and kindling for easy use! Zachary was fantastic and allowed us an early check in which was wonderful! Highly recommend staying there.
