Set in an small hamlet this spacious cottage is a perfect base for walking, cycling, canoeing or just relaxing and listening to the birdsong. It is close to a beautiful nature reserve on the river Oust where it joins the Nantes-Brest canal. The village centre is 2km for bread and basics, the large town of Redon (TGV Paris) is 10 minutes. Nearby is the village of La Gacilly home of Yves Rocher and an important and stunning photography exhibition. Rose Cottage is a perfect rural retreat.

The kitchen opens onto a living room with exposed stones where a good fire will warm you up in the large fireplace (wood provided). Upstairs you will find 3 rooms including one with dressing room. The south facing terrace and expansive garden are conducive to relaxation, barbecues, and outdoor games. Observe deer and birds in this green setting, ideal for families and nature lovers.

The floor consists of 3 bedrooms with 160 x 200 m beds and a full bathroom. The house is located in the hamlet of Saint-Anne, which finds its history in a chapel that is classified as a historic monument. The sea is less than 20 minutes away and the river is less than 5 minutes away.

La Candelle, in the Hameau du Potager , is a Cottage in the heart of the Domaine de La Breteche. The entrance faces the Castle. Le Jardinet gives direct access to Trou N•1 and walks in the park. Quiet and magical place, outside of time for a complete disconnection. In Brière, close to the sea, multiple must-see places nearby to visit. La Brière, a regional park since 1970, will offer you a multitude of walks by bike or barge, in order to discover the protected fauna and flora in this corner of France away from the tumult of the Coast.
