Our charming house is located in the peaceful countryside of Guipry-Messac 4.4 km from the city centre in department 35 in Brittany, our house is the perfect starting point to explore the region. Only 7 km from the car village of Lohéac, 30 km from the Rennes exhibition center in Bruz, and 35 km from the city of Rennes, you will have easy access to local attractions. The Breton coast is only an hour and a half away, and the Vilaine towpath is 3 km away.

Studio in the countryside

Relax in this quiet and well-decorated studio with stunning views of nature. Located upstairs with an independent entrance. Ideally located near the Canut Valley, Ker Lann Campus and the Exhibition Centre and 25 km from Rennes or Paimpont. Bed linens and towels are provided. No TV. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy! Please note that if you come for 2 people, it will be either the queen bed or two separate single beds. Please specify when booking.

Day use possible upon availability upon request. The accommodation is of course completely non-smoking. The price indicated for 2 people is for one bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The space is a fully open space, not suitable for colleagues.
