It is located in southern Brittany between Redon and La Gacilly; within a radius of 60 km are the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan, the forest of Brocéliande. Shops 10 minutes away and Redon train station 15 minutes away. An enclosed garden with barbecues and outdoor games, gives direct access to the many hiking trails. Access to Disc-golf and footgolf.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
