Latha madam's place was the best stay which we could find within the city limits. It's nearby the railway station about 10 mins. Could easily reach and also it's walkable from the main road. We can go to the restaurants or just to catch an Auto or taxi. The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities mentioned. My parents had a good time during the stay and they were very happy. And we will definitely come back during the next visit. Thank you for hosting us madam.

I stayed here for a night as part of my week long road trip across multiple locations along the coastal line. The property is at a very accessible location with prominent eating joints nearby. The place felt like home with everything one needs. We were a family of 3 but this place can easily accommodate 5 people. The key less check-in and check out was quite seamless. The host/co host were very friendly and welcoming. The price per night was externally reasonable compared to other similar properties nearby. At this price point, I highly recommend this place for your considering if you are planning a trip to Mangalore. Cheers!

You will feel close to nature. The place is very calm and serene. On one side lies Gurupura river on the other side is Tannirbhavi beach. This property is on the river side. The property is exactly as described. The locality is very safe. People are great here. In the morning you will get a nice sunrise view from the river side. For the sunset you can go to the beach which barely at 500m distance. To commute to the city, the cheap and best way is go by ferry. The ferry dock is at walking distance of about a kilometre. From there boats are available from morning around 7-7:30 AM till 7:30 PM at interval for every 15-20 mins. D'Souza family is very friendly and helpful. They will give you lot of local recommendations. They are great hosts. Would love to stay again in future😊. PS: You will love doing kayaking here.

It’s a gem of a place to find in Surathkal!! If anyone is looking out for a lovely house that feels right like home, this is the best you can find. This is also a great option for any family to stay if their kid studies in NITK, as it’s super convenient to travel to and from college. (Sometimes the college guest house is unavailable and this could be a great alternative) The house is clean to bits, the kitchen cutlery is great and has everything one can ask for. They’ve a nice balcony to sit and sip chai, but unfortunately Surathkal was too hot for us to do so. The hosts, Dominic and Wilma, are super helpful and kind. They contacted us much earlier when we had to check in, and are super responsive to any requests made. Thank you, and will surely come back here! 😁
