Cozy apartment in the quiet area of Essen, everything was clean and well prepared for guests

Great location in the nice small town, where there is a lot to discover: good restaurants and many breakfast options, beautiful individual shops, old walls, direct connection to the Baldeneysteig and the lake, good parking in the immediate vicinity. Appealing decor, all there for a nice stay.

For the second time in this, despite the proximity of a (quiet) residential area, there has been an oasis of peace. House is also very comfortable. During our stay, the roof was renewed. Not bothered if you know in advance. Anja is very attentive and helpful, but also knows how to keep distance. In short, we may be going again next year.

We stayed at Gorden's place for the first time. It all worked out. Super location, nice and quiet, small, cozy garden including terrace, in a few minutes' walk we were on the lake. All windows were equipped with insect screens and outdoor shutters. We (2 adults and 2 dogs) felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation without hesitation. And for the crowning glory, the nice neighbor gave us fresh lily of the valley:-)
