We offer a quiet, furnished one-room self-contained apartment with sunny terrace for 1 to max. 3 people (bed 1.40 x 2.00 m and sofa bed). A kitchenette with sink, fridge and kettle, microwave (with baking function) is available. Free Wi-Fi. Convenient transport connection directly on the A81/B27. Excursion destinations, for example, at Lake Constance can be reached in 30-45 minutes. Furthermore, good shopping is available in Trossingen (3 km) and VS-Schwenningen (8 km) in 5-10 minutes by car.

The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality, very comfortable box spring bed, a large wardrobe and its own TV. The living room invites you to relax with it's chaise lounge and beanbag. TV, Wi-Fi, Google Chromecast and DVDs are available. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, blender, microwave and dishwasher. The daylight bathroom features a walk-in shower. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance and a parking space directly in front of the door.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Our renovated apartment is lovingly furnished and covers approximately 65 square meters. It is on the 1st floor of our house, in a quiet residential area. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds (1 x 190/200; 1 x 140/200), living-dining area, kitchen (fully equipped), shower, toilet, balcony, satellite TV, music system, Wi-Fi, cot and high chair. Parking is nearby. PLEASE NOTE: If two guests occupy both bedrooms, we charge an additional surcharge of €12 per night.

Our small but beautiful vacation apartment is the perfect starting point for a wide range of activities here in the region. Centrally located, everything in Spaichingen can be reached on foot or by bike. Cycling tours, hikes or climbing tours in the Danube valley are also possible. Thanks to Spaichingen's location, many excursions in the surrounding area can be reached within an hour - whether to the Swabian Alb, the Black Forest or Lake Constance.

Quiet 40sqm accommodation located in the residential area, with private bathroom and dressing room and fully equipped kitchen. Via a staircase you get to the apartment, in the apartment everything is barrier-free. 15 min walk you reach the city center Spaichingen , with everything you need ( boutiques, discounters, hairdressers, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants ) A good Italian restaurant is a 5-minute walk away. Please do not book youth groups.

Our spacious and beautiful 2.5-room studio apartment with loggia is located in an exposed and quiet elevated location of Albstadt-Ebingen and is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours on the nearby premium hiking trails (Traufgänge Albstadt) and MTB trails. Let your soul wander and enjoy the sun, fresh air and panoramic views of the beautiful landscape of the Swabian Alps, the ski resort and Albstadt on the covered balcony.

Bright 2.5-room penthouse apartment

Newly renovated, bright attic apartment with a beautiful view of the countryside. New bathroom with dormer, fitted kitchen, bedroom with ceiling fan. Quiet location, parking space included, garden for shared use. Ideal for recreation and relaxing stays near Tuttlingen. The apartment is perfect for one or two people. A third person can stay on the sofa in the living area. For the additional effort, I charge 25 euros per night.

The light-flooded 2 1/2-room apartment (approx. 78 m²) has a cosy tiled stove with fitted seating area. A wonderful bedroom with large double bed, high-quality and fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher.
