Vacation rentals with beach access in Balkans

Apostolos saved our holiday basically! We were staying in an extremely noisy hotel in the harbour. I found this apartment in the middle of the night and asked if we could day. Apostolos responded early the next day and let us check in early. The flat was such a haven- very clean in a residential area but only ten minutes from the old town and less to the beach. We loved being out of the hustle and bustle and slept so well on the very comfortable bed. Great shower (Apostolos checked we had enough hot water during the week), maid clean once in the week too. It gave us much more space than the apartments in the harbour. We loved it. Also Apostolos let us check out at 3pm on the last day because we had a late flight. We felt really looked after and would return to this home from home in a heartbeat. Thank you so much.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment had everything we needed for our short break. Nives was quick to respond, gave us local advice when needed as well as very clear instructions for checking in. The room was clean and well maintained. We made use of the paddle board and the garden and sea access is as great as it looks in the photos. We really enjoyed the local town and found it to be walkable to get from restaurants back to the apartment in the evening.

Xhulia was an excellent host! She helped us throughout our stay and was very responsive at all times. The flat was clean and matched the photos. The walk to the beach was short and there were many grocery stores and restaurants right around the corner. 😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our month at the beach. Visiting during the transition of the tourist season to the beginning of the off-season gave us access to the beauty of the beach and surrounding area without the large crowds. We found a nice coffee shop where we could watch the sea each morning and a couple of mom-and-pop restaurants we enjoyed visiting several times each week. Our host, Gjergj, was accommodating and available whenever we had questions. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and made some great suggestions to make our time here even nicer (restaurants, places to visit, etc.). We would stay here again if our travels bring us back this way.

Top location, wonderful view from the balcony, great restaurants nearby, fruit and vegetable vendors every morning in front of the house, beach in 50m away. Several supermarkets nearby. Really great, we had a wonderful holiday :-)

We would highly recommend Sanja’s place. It is a great landing base to explore North Montenegro. A few minutes drive to the ferry port which gives you access to Herceg Novi and very near to the Croatian border. The apartment is about a 25 minute walk to Porto Montenegro, such a beautiful area to explore.

The perfect place to rest and unwind after a full days driving. I would definitely recommend this abnb. Very clean and pleasant home in peaceful surroundings.

Ana’s apartment is great for switching off, relaxing and taking in the beautiful view. It was perfect for me as I had a car and know Split well, so I was able to get into the city easily. It was also great for running - there is a path from the apartment to the old town and harbour, and back again. The standout here is the view and sunrise wake up. Meri was amazing! She tracked our flight and was there to greet us with a friendly face when we arrived. Meri went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with her accommodations. Meri offered great recommendations and was a genuinely lovely host.

The home was just as pictured. The views are enchanting. The hosts had lots of helpful tips for the area and good recommendations for restaurants! We will be happy to come back!

Great place, feels like home! Very big house with a great view and big terraces looking at the sea. All needed amenities were present so you can cook your own food. Two toilets which is very convenient when you are with the family. Walkable distance to a great calm beach, it’s about 5 minutes walk. Definitely would recommend the place!

By far, this is my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Comfortable and beautiful home right by the ocean and wonderful restaurants! Efi is so kind and welcoming, we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The enchanting house is a real gem. Located right on the coast, you sleep in & wake up to the sound of the surf. Right in front of the bedrooms, the sea begins & invites you to take a morning walk or bath. Perfect seclusion in a grove of lemon & olive trees off the street & the neighbors. Tastefully minimalist furnishings, no unnecessary stuff, loving reception by Eleonora. It is the small attentive gestures that make the stay as pleasant as the bowl with the delicious lemons, clementines, ouzo & small sweets or the generously sized supplies of Nespresso capsules. The fully equipped kitchen really offers everything for cooking if you don't visit one of the wonderful restaurants. The two loungers by the house tempt you to enjoy reading all day with a glass of wine or a delicious espresso overlooking the sea. We miss this wonderful place already.

Jurica's parents live on the plot and received us very hospitably. They were very committed to us. Jurica herself was very quick to respond, which made us feel nice. The house with beach access and parking gave us a real holiday feeling. Highly recommendable!

As described, the house is less than 50 meters away from the deserted and very nice pebble beach. The water was still incredibly warm and crystal clear in September. Every morning was wonderful swimming and then a relaxed breakfast on the terrace with great views directly to the sea ! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets seen ! I would always recommend the accommodation even if the house and furnishings are now a bit outdated. There's a minimal minus point here. From the relatively busy main road where the house is immediately adjacent, you get almost nothing on the terrace . Really a very nice place and the location with the direct access to the sea and beautiful terrace I would like to highlight again. The always quick and quick help from landlady Karolina was also great👍🏻 😇! If I will travel to Rhodes again I would definitely choose this house again. Thank you Karolina 🤗

Beautiful place and a perfect house for a family with a small child. Clean, big and equipped with everything you need. The yard of the house that takes you directly to the wild beach and the entrance to the sea water is very smooth. The host was friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Thank you very much for the hospitality and warmth you had with us.

Perfect little apartment/ bed sit directly over a little dirt track to the beach. Not a private terrace, but that really doesn’t matter as very few cars. We sat outside with a drink or play cards most evening after a day walking and sightseeing. There are sun beds to use at the property which we would take over to the beach. The sunsets were amazing. There is a restaurant next door, which was ok to eat at(it didn’t cause noise) . Lots of lovely restaurants around the next bay, 10 minutes walk. The bed was very comfortable, this was important to me🤗 . The hosts were very kind and helpful, checking via messages that everything was ok. We plan to go again and would recommend the area, hosts and their accommodation.

I organised the trip from London at very short notice and Mehmet was instrumental in helping everything went very smoothly. It was night flight arriving into Turkey very early morning and Mehmet organised pick up at airport and then a early check in to our apartment. Could not of gone smoother and all done last minute. The location and complex was lovely for the price.

This is the second time we have stayed in this air b and b and if you’re visiting Athens or Nea Makri and the surrounding areas it’s absolutely perfect! Lovely sea views and everything you need is right on your doorstep. Communication with Orges is fantastic and he’s always accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and again!!

We had a great stay at Dafnis house. The direct location by the sea and the beautiful large garden where we visited turtles was really great. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet out of season.
