We had an incredible stay at this chalet in Pirin Golf for our winter ski holiday in Bansko. The house was amazing—spacious, cozy, and perfectly situated within the outstanding Pirin Golf area. The location was ideal: close enough to the ski resort for easy access but still in a peaceful and quiet setting. The views were breathtaking, with the majestic Pirin Mountains and golf course to one side and the Rila Mountains to the south. Our host was fantastic—responsive, accommodating, and always willing to help with any requests. Everything was seamless, making our stay even more enjoyable. We absolutely loved our time here and are already planning to return in the summer to experience it in a different season. Highly recommended!

The house and the garden were extremely beautiful and we could feel with how much love and effort Francesco takes care of everything. He was very nice and helped us with everything we needed or asked for during our stay!

Everything you could want in a home and much more. With attention to detail, you can see that there is a thought behind it and also a lot of affection. The house is very comfortable and very clean, the large green space allowed us to enjoy some mountain properly. The kitchen has everything and Ezio and Mattia were very kind to also leave things for breakfast, for a lunch, for anything. Very close to the cable car for those who love to ski. Mattia was very kind and helpful even with our requests, his father (Ezio) welcomed us at home and made us feel at home. We hope to return to them soon.

A nice surprise, the accommodation, in addition to being equipped with all comforts, is also in a strategic location, in the center of the beautiful village of Pettorano. Margherita was very kind and offered us several ideas for activities and restaurants. Also noteworthy is the cleanliness and order of the house. We will definitely be back

It was an amazing place, huge house with plenty of room for everyone. The host was super friendly, response time was really quick and helpful. All the instructions given were clear and easy to follow. Just the location mentioned on the Airbnb website was different than the actual one, so the distance to the slope was a but further. But still close and easy accessible with a car.

No photos can capture how beautiful this place is. Right upon arrival, you get that “Wow!” effect, and then it only gets better. The marvelous mountain stream with a thousand small waterfalls, which you can hear from the bedroom windows, creates a fairytale trail where you’ll fill your phone’s gallery with pictures. Walk a bit upstream, and you’ll discover an abandoned, tiny old mill. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals that you can enjoy at the large table on the beautiful covered terrace. Our children loved it when sheep and cows passed by the road in front of the house every day on their way to pasture. And the surrounding mountains—look at the high plateau on the way to Jablonow Vrch, and you’ll uncover a different world. Unbelievable views and unique experience. The hosts are kind and helpful. Their love for this home is palpable in every corner, and it’s no wonder. You’ll find everything here for relaxation : quiet rest and adventure. I highly recommend it!

Our stay was picture-perfect! Mladen was a wonderful host who gave us great tips for restaurants, sights to see in the area and the best overlooks of Plitvice Lakes National Park. The home was immaculately clean. The bed was comfy and the shower was amazing after a long day of hiking. Highly recommend this lovely home!

We had a perfect stay. The place is beautiful and the surrounding nature is so relaxing and a perfect getaway from city life. I would highly recommend this stay and would enjoy visiting again in the future.

Sasha is a super friendly host. When we got to the location, we called her on the phone and she responded immediately and came to open and show us the apartment we felt at home. She also gave us helpful instructions on how to get to the city center the quickest. Because we used her flat on a carnival weekend, she brought us great homemade carnivorous donuts to welcome us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, all the praise.

Very nice location in the pine forest, very good privacy, but also close to few restaurants, ski and cross country areas incl. rent offices. Hiking routes in walking distance. Supermarkets and gas stations are up to 30 mins drive. Very comfortable hot tub and sauna. All we needed was in the house. The house was very clean and fresh. All the equipment was new and functional. Communication was useful and friendly. Owners are very helpful and know the area very good. Very romantic and natural place to stay out of cities and big crowds.

We spent our family Christmas holiday at Orban’s Old Pine Hut. This is certainly an amazing place to spend the festive holidays with a close family away from the busy modern life. Located right in a middle of the forest. The hut itself has a wonderful atmosphere. We also took advantage of the hot saltwater tub. It was amazing to sit in a hot water tub outside while it was snowing gently. We baked a cake in the outside furnace. That was such a unique experience. As for our host, Orban technically spoiled us during the week stay. Thank you so much for taking care of all our needs. We wish you all the very best
