Vacation rentals with beach access in Balkans

Egnisa’s place was amazing with stunning views which made me fall in love with Durres. She is extremely responsive.Apartment is right by the beach, you can enjoy the sun from the balcony overlooking the beach. We took long walks down the beach , get back to the apartment and go downstairs for a meal. It’s conveniently located. There is an entire band of different restaurants by the seaside (downstairs from the apartment). Amazing restaurants with different pricing ranges that will suit everyone’s budget and experienced the friendliest people.There are many grocery shops “markets” where you can buy food to cook, souvenirs, alcohol,etc, Egnisa has an equipped kitchen so we could also make our own meals on some days. I would recommend Egnisa’s place to anyone visiting Durres.

Apostolos saved our holiday basically! We were staying in an extremely noisy hotel in the harbour. I found this apartment in the middle of the night and asked if we could day. Apostolos responded early the next day and let us check in early. The flat was such a haven- very clean in a residential area but only ten minutes from the old town and less to the beach. We loved being out of the hustle and bustle and slept so well on the very comfortable bed. Great shower (Apostolos checked we had enough hot water during the week), maid clean once in the week too. It gave us much more space than the apartments in the harbour. We loved it. Also Apostolos let us check out at 3pm on the last day because we had a late flight. We felt really looked after and would return to this home from home in a heartbeat. Thank you so much.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment had everything we needed for our short break. Nives was quick to respond, gave us local advice when needed as well as very clear instructions for checking in. The room was clean and well maintained. We made use of the paddle board and the garden and sea access is as great as it looks in the photos. We really enjoyed the local town and found it to be walkable to get from restaurants back to the apartment in the evening.

Wunderschönes Apartment direkt am Strand – der Blick vom Balkon aufs Wasser ist einfach traumhaft. Alles war super sauber und gemütlich. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder – absolute Empfehlung!

Xhulia was an excellent host! She helped us throughout our stay and was very responsive at all times. The flat was clean and matched the photos. The walk to the beach was short and there were many grocery stores and restaurants right around the corner. 😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our month at the beach. Visiting during the transition of the tourist season to the beginning of the off-season gave us access to the beauty of the beach and surrounding area without the large crowds. We found a nice coffee shop where we could watch the sea each morning and a couple of mom-and-pop restaurants we enjoyed visiting several times each week. Our host, Gjergj, was accommodating and available whenever we had questions. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and made some great suggestions to make our time here even nicer (restaurants, places to visit, etc.). We would stay here again if our travels bring us back this way.

We would highly recommend Sanja’s place. It is a great landing base to explore North Montenegro. A few minutes drive to the ferry port which gives you access to Herceg Novi and very near to the Croatian border. The apartment is about a 25 minute walk to Porto Montenegro, such a beautiful area to explore.

Le coucher de soleil sur la mer vaut à lui seul le détour. L’environnement est vraiment tranquille et agréable. La route est légèrement cahoteuse mais ce fait bien quand même. L’hôte répond rapidement et nous as donner de bon conseil pour une bon restaurant pas très loin. Je recommande.

Meri was amazing! She tracked our flight and was there to greet us with a friendly face when we arrived. Meri went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with her accommodations. Meri offered great recommendations and was a genuinely lovely host.

Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Aussicht ist bezaubern. Die Gastgeber hatten viele hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung und gute Empfehlungen für Restaurants! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

By far, this is my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Comfortable and beautiful home right by the ocean and wonderful restaurants! Efi is so kind and welcoming, we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Das zauberhafte Haus ist ein echtes Juwel. Direkt an der Küste gelegen schläft man ein & wacht auf mit dem Klang der Brandung. Direkt vor den Schlafzimmern beginnt das Meer & lädt ein zum morgendlichen Spaziergang oder Bad. Perfekte Abgeschiedenheit in einem Hain von Zitronen- & Olivenbäumen abseits der Straße & der Nachbarn. Geschmackvoll minimalistisch eingerichtet, kein überflüssiger Krams, liebevoller Empfang durch Eleonora. Es sind die kleinen aufmerksamen Gesten, die den Aufenthalt so angenehm machen wie die Schale mit den köstlichen Zitronen, Clementinen, Ouzo & kleinen Süßigkeiten oder die großzügig bemessenen Vorräte an Nespressokapseln. Die vollständig eingerichtete Küche bietet wirklich alles zum Kochen, wenn man nicht eines der wunderbaren Restaurants besucht. Die zwei Liegen am Haus verführen dazu, dort den ganzen Tag lesend mit einem Glas Wein oder einem köstlichen Espresso mit Blick aufs Meer zu genießen. Wir vermissen diesen wunderbaren Ort jetzt schon.

De ouders van Jurica wonen op het perceel en hebben ons zeer gastvrij ontvangen. Ze waren erg begaan met ons. Jurica zelf was erg snel met reageren, wat ons een fijn gevoel gaf. Het huis met beach access en parkeerplek gaf ons een echt vakantiegevoel. Zeker aan te raden!

Das Haus liegt wie beschrieben keine 50 Meter weg vom menschenleeren und sehr schönen Kiesstrand .Das Wasser war auch jetzt im September noch unfassbar warm und glasklar.Jeden Morgen wunderbar Schwimmen gewesen und danach ein entspanntes Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Tollem Blick direkt aufs Meer ! Wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge und Untergänge gesehen ! Ich würde die Unterkunft immer weiterempfehlen auch wenn das Haus und die Einrichtung mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Hier gibt es einen minimalen Minuspunkt . Von der relativ viel befahrenen Hauptstraße an welcher das Haus unmittelbar angrenzt bekommt man auf der Terrasse fast gar nichts mit . Wirklich ein sehr schöner Ort und die Lage mit dem Direktzugang zum Meer und wunderschöner Terrasse möchte ich nochmals deutlich hervorheben. Auch die stets rasche und schnelle Hilfe von Vermieterin Karolina war Top 👍🏻 😇! Wenn ich Rhodos wieder bereisen werde dann würde ich dieses Haus unbedingt wieder wählen. Danke Karolina 🤗

Amalia’s house is beautiful and the setting is absolutely breathtaking. You can’t get a better view and the terrace is literally above the water. Amalia is a wonderful host, super friendly and warm. We will definitely be back to this gem of a place.

Perfect little apartment/ bed sit directly over a little dirt track to the beach. Not a private terrace, but that really doesn’t matter as very few cars. We sat outside with a drink or play cards most evening after a day walking and sightseeing. There are sun beds to use at the property which we would take over to the beach. The sunsets were amazing. There is a restaurant next door, which was ok to eat at(it didn’t cause noise) . Lots of lovely restaurants around the next bay, 10 minutes walk. The bed was very comfortable, this was important to me🤗 . The hosts were very kind and helpful, checking via messages that everything was ok. We plan to go again and would recommend the area, hosts and their accommodation.

I organised the trip from London at very short notice and Mehmet was instrumental in helping everything went very smoothly. It was night flight arriving into Turkey very early morning and Mehmet organised pick up at airport and then a early check in to our apartment. Could not of gone smoother and all done last minute. The location and complex was lovely for the price.

This is the second time we have stayed in this air b and b and if you’re visiting Athens or Nea Makri and the surrounding areas it’s absolutely perfect! Lovely sea views and everything you need is right on your doorstep. Communication with Orges is fantastic and he’s always accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and again!!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Dafnis Haus. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der wunderschöne große Garten, in dem uns Schildkröten besucht haben, war wirklich toll. Wir haben die Ruhe außerhalb der Saison sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Dafni lief prima und ein flexibler Check out hat uns eine stressfreie Abreise ermöglicht . Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gern wieder.
