Vacation rentals with a pool in Balkans

We had a fantastic time at this house. It's a 45-minute walk from the center, so that's a lot. You can catch the bus for 2.5 pp or an uber van from 12 euros total. Was great. 5 minutes away is a large supermarket. Really everything that was described was present. There are occasional minor flaws, such as 2 showers that didn't work well with us, but the next day he came right away to make it. When we arrived, there were also some welcome drinks and snacks in the fridge. He had also brought a bottle of booze, a cake and a card for a birthday girl. Super sweet all.

We really liked atmosphere of the place. Felt very comfortable there and felt welcomed by very nice owner.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend. The place was extremely tidy and well maintained, the layout is one house with two separate floors that break up the rooms, it was great having two kitchens! It is close to the train station which goes straight into Split city centre (cheaper than the bus). The hosts were very accommodating for our group and made sure we had everything that we needed, thanks again Ana & Mateo!

Villa Sandy has a very good location with a fantastic view. Kids loved the pool after coming back from the beach. Margarita was very flexible and kind. The apartment had all the necessary equipments and was comfortable for a family. We would choose again Sandy Villa :)

Ivan makes you feel like you're at home. Check-in with him was extremely pleasant as he acts multilingual [Croatian, English, German] There were all the necessary resources and much more (coffee maker, hair dryer, Netflix access, pool accessories). Any questions we had were answered through Airbnb within 20 minutes [e.g. shopping] The entire holiday was rounded off in a special way, from the welcome vesper plate to the homemade apple strudel of his wife. There was also a great entertainment at the end. We will definitely return. Arrived as guests, left as friends. We have rarely met such a thoughtful host. We had a fantastic stay at this amazing place with stunning ocean views! It’s very close to Kotor’s attractions, has a swimming pool, and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment includes a stove and washing machine, which were super convenient. We loved it and will definitely return if we’re back in Montenegro! And the view 😲😲😲😲

Absolutely amazing host and villa. Kosta and his office were brilliant and when we got to the villa we were met by Stella. She could not have done more to make our stay any better; communication was seamless, so many local suggestions, local produce left throughout the stay, the loan of a stoneware pot to use in the pizza oven over tonight to slow cook vegetables, honestly everything and more. The villa is exactly like the photos - stunning. Breath taking location with a view we all miss now we are home. The layout of the villa is excellent; it is beautifully decorated, the outside kitchen area is perfect and much used. The landscaping is wonderful, and the pool is gorgeous. The villa was meticulously cleaned throughout our stay and the pool and garden maintained to the highest standard. We had the most wonderful holiday; thank you so much Stella and your team for everything.

Marios was the host you would wish for. He was welcoming, helpful and easy to contact. The villa itself was just beautiful: You have plenty of room to do things in a group or to do your own thing, the kitchen was very well equipped and you have various spots to enjoy the sun and the sea. All in all: I would come back anytime!

The villa is beautiful and large. Outside you can spend many nice hours together by the pool. Hosts were easy to reach and helpful. All in all great!

We had a fantastic stay, Thanos could not do enough for us. From taking our bags out of the taxi on arrival, to booking our day trips and also all of our taxis whenever we needed them, any time of the day and night! The villa we stayed in had views to die for and was so peaceful, an excellent all round quality stay. Thank you!

A beautiful place to explore wider Puglia from. Great host. Would return. Situated just north of Porto Cesareo. Car essential with parking space inside secure perimeter walls. Most sights were 45-90 minute drive. Modern, clean with comfortable furnishings and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Self-catered: 20 mins to nearest Lidl. Short drive to reach restaurants (10 minutes). End of October still warm and sunny in daytime (shorts, t-shirt and slides). Able to swim in small pool (very refreshing though ☺️) and in the sea at nearby beach (5 mins walk: sandy and shallow). Arrived after a severe rain so suffered more with mosquitoes outside which stopped us sitting out in the evenings sadly. Solar-powered hot water very limited (max 2 very short showers). No hot water from kitchen tap. Immersion heater did not seem to get temperature past tepid even after a couple of hours. Would be less of an issue in high summer. Out of season largely was silent around (beach club noise one evening).

Diana is a great host. Very welcoming and accommodating. The villa is beautiful, spacious and as described. We had everything we needed and there are two supermarkets nearby and the beach is just a few kilometres away. We enjoyed our stay at Diana and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her villa.
