The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented so you will not be sharing ANY space.

You can stay in, have pizza delivered Or bring something to cook on the charcoal grill.
