This place was better than any other place in Thailand. The host was friendly and accommodating to all of our comments. We were all satisfied with the high-end interior room condition ktv room as shown in the photos. If you're a group, I definitely recommend it! This is the number one place I would like to visit again if I go to Thailand.

One Villa- GAO Group - Pool & Seaview /Fast Wifi

Villa is located sea front and well maintain. Three bed room actually can fire for 9 pax but recommend max 6 pax is more convenience. Towel & equipment is clean, owner prepare Pop-corn station and 10 bottles of water in refrigerator. Salt swimming pool is very nice. Order food from Klua Samaesar restaurant is very convenient ( Menu at villa ) but wait 45-60 mins. Moo krata and Jim Jum also available, yummy and reasonable price. Overall we love this place and will come back again later.

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved staying a month here! Beautiful facilities, easy to walk to most places! Excellent pools! Loved the sunset every night! The cafe and little store on the grounds were very nice! The shower had great pressure! All kitchen items needed for a long stay! Definitely would stay again!! The laundry and water on the 5th floor was very convenient!!

My family booked this house very last minute, as we had been let down by another property. Communication was very fast and clear. The house had everything we needed for a short stay and provided enough space for a group of 8 people. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in this part of town. Sutira was a great host! if you wanted anything from the store she had someone get it for you. you could order food from the neighbor across the street as well! this was such a great experience! you never have to leave if you don't want to!

the beach is a 10 minute walk. good massage places on the same road and a few local food spots however I would recommend you walk to the beach and go to the glass house restaurant which is great. check in took a little while as they couldn't find my reservation through airbnb but they did check us in an hour before the scheduled check in time which was very much appreciated. the room was clean apart from a dead cockroach in the bathroom which I pretended not to see. I would suggest they clean the pool before each guest as it had a lot of leafs and dead flies floating on top, good thing I had my floaty with me as I didn't want to swim in it, the pool had lights on in the evening. you have to pay a 1000 baht deposit which you get back upon check out room service is available if you don't want to leave the villa breakfast had a few options to choose from hot & cold food served air conditioning worked well. overall it was good for the price we paid, staff on site are friendly

Great location with easy access to both Soi 2 and Beach Road. Very helpful and responsive host and comprehensive check in instructions. Daily cleaning service was available and multiple laundry services on the ground floor along with groceries and massage shops.

We had a great stay. The location is perfect, near everything. It's very easy to walk to most place, like the beach, street night market, restaurants and massages. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. we would definitely stay here again when returning to Pattaya.
