From the living room and balcony you have a magnificent view of meadows, forest and fields, where chamois, fox and rabbit still say good night. Gutenstein, the pearl in the upper Danube Valley, is located at 620 m, ideal for climbers, cyclists and canoeists. There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Centrally located in the valley - apartment HANS

Our apartment "Hans" is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Hausen im Tal in the nature park "Obere Donau". If you want to go hiking or climbing on foot, if you want to get on your bike or simply want time to enjoy, this is the place. The apartment is in the attic. In the house, there are two other apartments, all of which are entered through the common staircase. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living-dining room with a kitchen that is well equipped.

The so called"Vogelhof" on the Harthöfe, which belongs to the city of Nusplingen, is rounded off by our active horse stable. All of our animals (horses, goats, chickens, ducks, cats and dogs) are kept according to our philosophy on the approx. 70,000 sqm farm. Deceleration, rest and relaxation, in short, relaxation in your vacation can be found in your apartment on the Vogelhof. Our vintage apartment Klara in the Urli House is lovingly furnished in a furniture mix of old and new. It can accommodate a couple (possibly with a child). There is also a bathroom and kitchen. Free parking around the house, shelter for bikes or pedelecs. In addition, many bike contests, World Cup races or the well-known Albstadt-Bike-Marathon are held nearby. In winter, many opportunities for winter sports can be found close by with appropriate snow conditions.
