At the edge of Nysted there is a bird sanctuary, a small boat harbor, ice cream houses and restaurants as well as several playgrounds. In addition to this, Kettinge swimming pool is close by

Between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The tenants have access to a rowing boat and a sauna in the sauna house on site. We offer pure nature and tranquility, no traffic, the location on the water is unique. Our house is particularly suitable for families and groups.

From our house there are only a few hundred meters to the beach. The house has a lot of space on 100 m². There are many of Lubmin's typical pine trees on the property. To the south, the garden is very sunny and protected from the wind. The house is on the second line, so it is very quiet. Shopping is just a 5-minute walk away. Just as close is the large playground on the promenade.
