Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Batumi

The villa is very great and very close to the sea..the rooms is very wide .the kichen is completly..ednari is very kind man very frindly...he help us when we need help...thank you ednari we will back again to your villa.

We (five people) were met at the airport. It was brought to the place. The house is beautiful both outside and inside. The photos don't do it justice. The area near the house is well-maintained. The house is clean, cozy and everything is provided for living and relaxing. The hosts are hospitable, thoughtful, and always available. The vacation was great. Many thanks to Temuri and his family. A lot of experience and pleasure from the trip. Recommended. There is a mountain river nearby. Swimming in it is unforgettable.

I would say it was one of the best holidays I’ve ever had. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the location of the place. It’s so close to the beach and shopping center. There were two beautiful and lovely grandmothers who were very helpful and respectful. The place was clean, and everything was in order. You can enjoy views of both the jungle and the sea at the same time. I highly recommend staying there. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning or fan, which made it a bit difficult to stay and sleep during the hot days.

House was located near to the beach. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. Host was very kind and helped us in every situation 😊😊 Also house looks many times better than in photos.

Perfect place to stay! We’ve been staying at the apartment for a week with 2 friends during vacation. All 3 rooms are separated, one of the bathrooms is inside of one of the rooms, the second one is located in common area. The kitchen and dining zone is very comfortable and sunny, very cozy to spend time there together. There’re oven and washing machine in the kitchen. The balcony is very huge with an unbelievable mountain view. The host is very responsive, help us with every question! I’m happy with this choice, highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment corresponds to the description on the website. Everything you need to stay. Wi-fi, all necessary utensils, hot water, heated by a gas boiler, two bedrooms, TV connected to the Internet. Clean air blows from the mountains. Mini markets are nearby. Overall, I liked everything. Hosts (Irakli and his father) will assist you with your message.

A well equipped, comfortable apartment. Huge balcony. Two pleasant bedrooms (The third one with no window). Quiet but central neighbourhood.

Incredible location, right in the heart of Batumi! A close walk to everything you could need. Teo the host was very friendly and gave us great recommendations on how to get around and the best places to eat (and drink!). Apartment was very spacious and clean. Apartment is also providing health dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

Irakli’s place felt like home! It was very clean and comfortable. Irakli is such a great host! We missed our flight connection, and we got stuck in Istanbul for 24 hours. Our parents came on time, but they had no idea what to do. Irakli arranged an easy arrival for our parents, even taking them to the store to buy some basics. The house was our favorite place in Batumi. Anywhere we went, we always looked forward to coming back to this beautiful house with a nice, fresh pool! Thank you for making our family reunion the best experience because of your house!

Beglar is a great host, he even gave us a lift to Kobuleti at our check-out. The house is situated on a hill and the walk to the beach through the Botanical Garden is nice. The Botanical Garden itself is great. The only negative thing is the stoney beach which makes it a bit difficult to swim.

The trip was a great, friendly and very friendly host! Very cozy and comfortable house. Dedicated bedrooms, which is as convenient as possible to accommodate several guests. All amenities are available. All appliances work perfectly. The apartment has a washing machine, refrigerator, gas stove, all kitchen utensils, dryer, TV. There is also extra bedding. Everything is very convenient for large groups of people. The location is good. The host of the apartment was very friendly. He met me, arranged it! In one word, I recommend 👍
