The house is big and spacious. The location is peaceful and right next to the beach/ sea. There are amazing sunsets that can be seen from there. You can hear the sea all the time! Everyone (hosts, neighbours, everyone else in Georgia) are very friendly. The shops are accessible. The only thing to improve is to provide items such as cleaning products, etc

This lovely place is run by the wonderful Ross and Miranda — a warm, educated couple who manage their family business with genuine care. From the moment we arrived, we felt less like guests and more like relatives. Their hospitality is natural and effortless, and I'm sure they treat every visitor with the same kindness. The home is clean, safe, and especially suitable for families. Whatever we needed, Ross and Miranda were quick to help and always made us feel comfortable. Their attentiveness and friendly nature truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a homely and welcoming Airbnb experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage. From the very beginning, Gela and his family made us feel at home with their incredible hospitality. They were so kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The cottage itself is a peaceful retreat—cozy, quiet, and surrounded by nature. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. On top of that, we were lucky enough to try the best khachapuri we’ve ever had in Georgia, homemade with love by our wonderful hosts. As if that wasn’t enough, they also treated us to fresh milk from their cows, along with homemade butter and cheese. Everything was absolutely delicious and added to the authentic experience. If you’re looking for an authentic place with amazing hosts, this is definitely the spot. We’d love to come back!

Mzia was a very welcoming and kind host! She made us feel right at home and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house offered a beautiful view of Batumi and a very cozy and peaceful atmosphere in nature. They offered us some of their homemade wine and were always willing to help. A stunning place with an amazing view within walking distance from the sea, with quiet neighbors, a delicious restaurant nearby, comfortable living conditions! Tamaz, a very nice owner, respects the personal boundaries of the tenants, shares grapes. It was very nice and caring!

Very cute place with the most comfortable beds and cozy blankets. Sadly there is no living room but it was warm enough to outside in the garden with very nice nature

His house is really perfect. He has a much more beautiful house than the photos. The heating is very good, there is both air conditioning and a nice heater. The projection is very high quality, real 1080 pixels. I noticed the last day that there are many technological devices, not just a PS5, but I couldn't use it because I noticed it the last day. There are many things in the house that are not even in normal houses, such as a large refrigerator, coffee machine, grill. Apart from that, the house is in the building closest to the sea. The inside of the site is very nice and very secure. The landlord is incredibly friendly, he answered my questions immediately and found solutions to everything. Even though I left the house, he is such a good person that he said he would help me during my stay in Batum. I am dying to visit here again. Thank you for everything, brother.

A large and cozy house just a few minutes from the sea. It's a perfect place for a family vacation. Mark is a very responsive and friendly host.

The apartments are very clean and cozy, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay: a dining table and a separate working space, which is especially convenient for long stays. The host is always available, responds quickly and is accommodating - we were allowed to check in earlier and check out later, for which we thank you. Among the disadvantages - high audibility, you can hear what the neighbors are talking about outside the wall. We were unlucky and there were noisy residents nearby. Other than that perfect.

We had a nice time. The grounds are very walkable. We came during off season so only one of the pools were open, but there wasn’t many people, so it felt like we had the place to ourselves.

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. I selected the place because I had to move from previous one and did not want to go far. It looks less cozy on images than for real (maybe the images colder color tone). However I liked the place more than I expected. In the mornings in the bedroom you get the abundance of sun light so you day starts positively and spirited. As of equipment, everything is there, I did not recall anything I would miss. Irakli was always in touch, I had no issues addressing him on different matters. Bookmarked for the future stays. Nice accommodation with a beautiful garden near Batumi. A good option if you want to reboot and relax in nature. But this is not a separate house, but the top floor of a private house, the owners live on the lower floors. There is a lot of space, 2 separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms and air conditioners. The owner of the house was very nice and welcoming, she gifted fruits from the garden and home-cooked meals. We were also greeted by a beautiful bouquet of garden flowers, fruits and sweets. I stayed in Batumi several times in the apartment, but this apartment is the most cozy and spacious. Perfectly blown due to drafts, well lit. There is everything you need, including dishes, air conditioning, iron, ironing board, spacious wardrobe and so on. The hosts are hospitable people, very pleasant to communicate with. The photos correspond to reality, but the balcony is actually even more cozy. Of the shortcomings, I can only note weak Wi-Fi. However, it's nothing for a vacation!

Neat apartments with all amenities. The inside is perfectly clean. All utensils are available. Smoking is prohibited in the house and it😍 is perfectly consistent with the photos. Nice, quiet neighborhood, park nearby, 24-hour shops and cafes. Wonderful host who was always available. Thank you so much! Our vacation was a success.

We had a great week at the seaside, and this wonderfully located, clean, comfortable home was central to it. We were a large group with three children under 2, and it was a wonderful place for us to stay. The sea is only about a 10 minute walk, and there are several things to do with small children right on the same block. I highly recommend staying here, and thank you to our hosts!
